  The guy sanding the Bondo didn't bother to make sure the interior was sealed off. White bondo dust all over my black interior. They did clean it up.
  
  New scratches on the side of my bed and under the window.
  
  Paint buffed on the repair to the point it's barely there. It's feels smooth to the hand but when I can see a white line when it should be black paint under the new clear coat, I am definitely not happy.
  
  They have too many autos being repaired here; they can't seem to pay attention to detail. It took 2 1/2 weeks for my repair.
  
  I do not recommend this place.

  Great Customer service, I was completely satisfied with my car body repair, John took really good care of me and the insurance, he negotiated with my insurance company and had them to replace additional items on my vehicle that the adjusters previously denied. I was contacted every 3 days by phone, text, and email on the progress of my vehicle. Best of all my vehicle was finished ahead of the scheduled time. I just want to take the time and say thanks, people never take the time to post comments on great service, usually just bad experiences. .. I was completely satisfied beyond my expectations!

  I've needed to use Tim's twice in the last eight years. They were awesome both times. Easy to work with, communicated with my insurance company on my behalf even with more complicated questions, and did great work. Tim's will always be my preferred shop.
