Came here for 2 recalls to my car. They took an extra 2 weeks "fixing the recalls" (which are allegedly life threatening), and come to find out a month later that neither recall was fixed, and one problem is worse than it was in the first place.
Terrible service.
Possibly one of the most incompetent secretaries I've ever spoken with.
Used "go ahead" in every sentence. Go ahead of what?
Im literally typing this while being transferred around on hold and having to continue calling back over and over.
The absolute worse dealership. I have leased cars before and never experienced such unprofessional treatment.
The sales person Nick has no knowledge of cars or the dealership inventory. He was not even interested to sell anything to me and my husband or anyone. He didn't even ask for our cell number, we had to insist for him to take it and text us the price.
Then after many hours of waiting for a price for a lease per month he finally gave us $880 price which was $250-280 more than other dealerships were offering. He immediately dropped his price to $600 on a spot without consulting with the manager. At that point I had no trust with him. After all we decided to get the car because Nick offered to delivered it to our house, I asked to do it before it gets dark. He showed up at 9:30pm. He didn't ask me to present my ID and I had to sign papers in a dark. Then he took off immediately after that without giving me any copies of the paperwork I just signed. We requested to explain car's perks and just go over it with us. Nobody did and Nick has no knowledge of cars. So the next day we had to go to the dealership to collect the copies. Also, they never told me I will get the license plates from DMV when I asked. Nick said I will get an email from DMV??!! I don't even know where I suppose to pay for my lease every month.
We inspected the car in a morning and realized that the parking sensors are not there. Nick guaranteed in writing by text twice that this car has it prior the purchase. When I called him he went into an argument trying to tell me that the back camera is the same thing as parking sensors. I decided to call the manager Arnold was sent me an email thanking me for a purchase. I explained the situation he said he will call me back. He never did. Its been 10 days, I left 15 voicemails and sent 3 emails. His office manager doesn't even connect me with him anymore.
When I called again two days ago I had to threaten them with legal battle then I got immediately transferred to another sales manager Herm. HHe promised to call within 24 hours with resolutions for my parking sensors, arranging to explain the features on the truck, tell where I have to pay for my lease and make sure I will receive the plates. After one week after we received a truck transmission failed in a freeway and it was life threatening situation. Dealership took the car, gave us the rental and charged us $500 without permission. I had to call my bank fraud department. Herm the sales manager lied to me several times saying that no charges for the rental will come from them. Its been a week since we dropped the car off and the dealership doesn't even know how to fix it.
We received the truck dirty and with no fuel after they promised to return the truck clean and with fuel. We met with Seth the general manger. he promised to fix the contract that was written wrong. We got screwed with less miles and added more month to our lease agreement. Seth never called and 3 weeks later we called him . He hasn't done anything. He also promised to give us a payment back to us for 3 weeks of us not having the truck. Nothing on that too. No check for the car wash and fuel either. He also told us that the dealship won't fix our contract or do anything else. We are filing the law suite.
This dealership in my opinion has to be the worse major dealership in all of Los Angeles. After purchasing my GMC Denali Truck from this location I’ve had nothing but poor unreliable service on my vehicle. The service department staff are incompetent, lack of business etiquette and just simply incapable of running a service department. All my visits from 2016 to 2017 which was approximately 4 all ended with me having to talk to the service department manager and still having no real resolution. In a bit she’ll they tried to charge me for service I’d never authorized and second they attempted to overcharge for service we already agreed upon. Insult to injury i received an oil change got home and had a oil leak on another part of the engine that didn’t have to do with the oil change service (so they said). Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worse enemy (on the other hand maybe I would). Find another competent dealership who can get the job done.
Not cool, i had made an appointment with a salesman for 4 pm. He didn't even bother to show up jor did he call to cancel the appointment. I find this very disturbing for a business. However a very nice young lady did take his place and she was very helpful.

Very bad Dealership. I bought a car in July 29. 2017. They recommended to use their finance which will be pre approved for me. I bought the car and after a week i noticed they did 13 credit inquiries for the purchase. I contacted the dealership and asked for the reason. I was told to talk to finance team and when i contacted finance team they tell me to talk to sales team. When i talk to sales they tell me to talk to finance. I am just going back and forth without any sold answer. This has affected my credit score badly. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE ANY PURCHASE.
Their service department is a joke! I dropped my car off for a recall repair and after picking it up, discovered part of my car's interior next to where they were "fixing" was broken this company's solution was to have me purchase an entirely new part (nearly $300) to fix what wasn't broken before I dropped the car off!!???!! Rule number one of the Sleazy Autoshop handbook -send your customer home with new problems they have to return to fix. Ridiculous! "Service" should be banned from any sign on their property!!!
The service department is untouchable. Danny is one amazing person. They have always taken care of me in the best way.
I got the shaft BIG TIME this weekend. I drove 180 miles (2 trips) from Huntington beach to buy a car from them. The sales manager Kevin Pham (KP) made a deal with me and also an appointment to pick up the car. They have me complete nearly ALL of the paper work and THEN tell me they sold the car out from under me. Kevin KNEW he sold the car after we made our deal, but chose not to call and let me know. Further, had me drive from Huntington Beach and complete an hour's worth of paperwork. He thought if he could get me back to the dealership he could sell me a different car. It's called "Bait and switch" and is illegal and at minimum unethical. In fact, the car is STILL showing up for sale on their website as I type this! AVOID this dealership!! Unethical!!
Parts Dept is WAY Over priced! Service Dept are a bunch of con artists who feign sincerity while they overcharge you on simple, basic services. They rarely want to fix, they just want to replace parts, so they get their excessive mark-ups at both their points of revenue: Service Dept & their Parts Dept.
Great salesman, David Jones, but everything else about this place and GM Financial is HORRIBLE. They wasted so much of my time and money, and sanity for that matter. Apparently buying/leasing a car is easy, but returning it is not so fun. They make it damn near impossible. Also, GM Financial is BY FAR the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, as well as Chase fraud because they literally stole money from me by randomly DOUBLE auto-drafting my bank account without my knowledge. When I went to get my money back, they were inconsiderate and told me there was nothing they could do. I spend DAYS of my life dealing with them before reporting them to the BBB and to Chase bank for fraudulent activity. What they don't tell you when you lease from them, is that you have to deal with the 3d party GM Financial, Cadillac actually has nothing to do with lease/payments. DO NOT BUY GM PRODUCTS. Also, so disappointed with Martin Cadillac in the end. They were just extremely unhelpful in trying to return my vehicle. It turned me off from ever leasing or buying a GM product for the rest of mine and my families lives. AVOID if possible.
It's a good thing there aren't any other GM dealerships near by. As a Ford tech I am used to spending time on the service drive and these guys really do suck. TERRIBLE service, rude to me and my mother. It's worth driving somewhere else even for an oil change. Also it took 7 hours for them to change out oil.
Dash tire symbol lit up twice during 200 mile trip. Worried! Called for service appointment and got in at 7:30am the next morning. Tire pressure sensor replaced, everything fixed. Out by mid-morning, didn't even have time to finish my second cup of (free) coffee. Awesome! Thanks to your team. You guys are good!
