Vanessa Guerra was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She answered all our many questions and whatever she did not know, she found the answer to or someone to answer the question. I highly recommend her and will not hesitate to refer friends in need of a car to her specifically.

Davit was so knowledgeable and helpful and patient. We appreciate all his help. He put the car aside for us the evening before and it was ready when we got there. He helped us figure out all the many features of the car and help to sync our phones and figure out the radio before we left. I would strongly recommend Northridge Toyota.

I was looking for a daily driver and had not settled on a manufacturer. Once I visited Northridge Toyota and found the perfect vehicle for me, Ace and Joe made it happen with great efficiency. Paul was great at helping completion of the paper work side as well. Thank you all for the great experience!

Excellent shopping experience at Northridge Toyota. Davit was very helpful and helped me locate the Tacoma that I was looking for. Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. The Finance Manager Jackie was also very helpful and nice.

My experience was awesome specially with Ms. Karen Scott, she's amazing. The way she deals with people, the way she talks, explain and everything about her is great. She knows her job very well. She's an asset to Toyota Northridge. If you have a hard costumers to handlelet her talk with them and I'm sure everything will turn out great.

Northridge Toyota provided an easy low pressure car buying experience. They let you think and make your own decision. The dealership has a brand new building which is very nice, air conditioned and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly especially our salesman Jorge Martinez. I'd recommend buying a car from Northridge Toyota.

The gentleman that wrote up my service was excellent explained everything and gave me a good price. I want to compliment the service tech supervisor Brad who is the best of the best. Excellent service . Recognize my car went out of his way to come by and say hi and made sure everything was good with the service. He is real and sincere. That's the type of person that makes you come back.

Tony took great care of us and was completely honest with us. He knew what we wanted and did not push us away from the car we fell in love with. He was very helpful in teaching us about the car and was very patient with us. We went to look at the car 2x before we made a decision and each time he was there for us. I had a great experience and I'm glad to say i will be back for our future cars. Thank you very much Tony for being the great guy you are!

excellent car buying experience. Jackie Cruz took care of us from the moment we walked into the showroom. She was patient, thorough, and friendly throughout, and worked with us to get the car equipped just the way we wanted it, and then she made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. When we came in to pick up the car, Brian walked us through the paperwork quickly and painlessly, and then Jackie spent time with us reviewing all the functions and features before we drove away. I highly recommend Northridge Toyota and their friendly, professional staff. I just took the car back for installation of some accessories, and the service department performed flawlessly.

The vehicle purchase was for my brother-in-law. Excellent Customer Service. Was pretty much straight forward process in settling the final price through Costco program. Alexander and the Finance Manger were courteous and listened to our needs. Overall a pleasant experience. Will certainly recommend Northridge Toyota to friends and family interesting in buying Toyota vehicles.

Northridge Toyota has the best customer service. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car. Their service department it's all about serving the customer. They are always making sure to keep you informed of your car service process. You are greet with a smile. I really recommend Sam at the service department, he is a pleasure to work with he really goes out of his way to provide you the best customer service. Dimitri is one of the best salesman I have worked with, he is honest and work to give you the best deal.
