They smoke their own meats and have been enjoying their Pepper Hams for decades now. Once you eat this ham, you will swear off the fully cooked spiral sliced hams forever!! Every last bit is used, the scraps and ham bones make soups divine!! A Christmas and sometimes Easter tradition. I am ordering mine tomorrow.
