I have patronized Susy’s for at least 6 years and I have appreciated the food as well as the service in all of these years. Today, I am actually taking the time out of my day to post this sad review which I have only done twice in my life and the other review was about a great experience. I was treated with a lack of regard and respect by Sandra who was short with me while on the phone when I called to place my order, then yelled at me when I called to provide feedback that something tasted off with my soup, and to add further insult she then disrespected and demeaned me when I went back to return the soup in front of the staff, my coworkers who happened to be there, as well as all of the other customers. I feel bad for the owner because had he been there I am sure that he would have cared that one of his long time customers had this type of horrific experience and that I will not be returning.

The squash soup is outstanding. Best soup ever. The other soups good ALSO. Best corned beef sandwich. Workers nice.

Never do this. I had just developed a sore throat and had a very intense week of work coming up. Without me saying anything they were super helpful giving me extra honey for my tea and brewing a new batch of hot water. Quick, friendly service. Really needed that.

A classmate introduced me to Susy's last week I've been 5 times in about 4 days! Great delicious and healthy options. Everything I've had has been excellent, the corn beef sandwich is really good, so was the smoked turkey sandwich. Each soup I've tried so far had been great and the breakfast wrap I had was amazing! I will definitely be frequenting this spot while I'm at Tower City for class the next few weeks! Definitely will not be returning to that garbage food court lol. Highly recommended!

Warm food and warm people. The menu is diverse, healthy and delicious, and you can tell the food is made with love. The soups are made from scratch and rotated frequently. My favorites are the grilled specialty sandwiches, but you can get good old fashion deli classics too. It's no wonder the line is out the door at lunch time. But the excellent customer service makes you feel like family. They are customer-focused and innovative. You can also skip the line by using their new mobile app to order and pay!
