Nice property. Very clean and very well maintained. Would give 5 stars but.Always make sure to request a high floor. This is our home resort and I have requested a high floor the last 2 times but haven’t gotten it. There was a definite fail with the build of this property for the noise reduction between floors. Either that or we end up with the elephant family above us every time.

Definitely a 5-star luxury resort. We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom 2-bath room with very comfortable beds and choice of double shower or tub. Partial ocean view from balcony. Large pool, jacuzzi and poolside dining. Excellent hamburgers and Mahi sandwiches.

The facility is clean and peaceful. They have a ton of amenities for any event you have planned. Their lobby is all decorated currently for the holidays which are great for picture or just taking a walk around the area. Have not yet had any disappointments here definitely a +1

We stay at the Newport Marriott every Thanksgiving. We love it! There are a lot of family centered activities: basketball courts, putting greens, firepits, pools, sand volleyball and many others. Everything is very high quality and the service is always great. The rooms are impeccable too! It's always one of the best vacations we look forward to each year.

They have nice big rooms. Great for families. We stayed in one which had 2 master suites and a full kitchen. The grounds are beautiful and there are some fun activities for kids. It is a relatively short walk to get right down to the water. They also have a shuttle. Highly recommend

These Villas around located on a hill overlooking the beautiful coast. It is not a far walk to get down to the beach either (though it is possible to catch the shuttle). They have a full schedule of activities daily to participate in so you won't be without something to do. The rooms were nice and spacious and stocked with cleaned dishes. I've already planned another vacation

Amazing place. The staff locations and overall property is wonderful. We have been here 3 times, and will continue to come back. Everything about this property is great, location, staff the grounds, the amenities and view from our rooms have been wonderful. We love coming here and will continue to do so, it is a great "Staycation".

Not what I expected. Was led to believe this was one of their premier properties. Poorly built. Kitchen was very dated. Something was wrong with the cabinets as they crashed shut with an annoying loud bang which echoed in the unit. Highway noise was loud. No chairs to be found at the pool on the weekend and no parking spaces. Finally gave up on being at the pool and felt like once we found a place to part we didn't want to leave and do another 20 minute search for a new one. They need to add a nice restaurant to the property so you could have an option of somewhere to go at night if you are going to have an issue with that every time you leave. Not a quiet get away as expected. One word of advice for them overall when it comes to the meeting to sell you the timeshare is to think about the atmosphere they are portraying. They kept saying it was a luxury property and how upscale it was and then when they bring you in to ask for thousands of dollars they have a very cheap spread of mini frozen muffins and watery lemonade in plastic children sized cups. No plates or silverware, just napkins. Really? This is luxury? Did not send a good message. Certainly not one of see how beautiful this is, but rather, this is as cheap as it can get. First impression was not favorable. If you are asking for that kind of money why not make it seem like you value your potential customer? That alone made it a "no" for me. If that's the way you start the relationship don't want to see how you maintain it going forward. Sometimes it's just the little things that send the biggest message. First impressions mean a lot and that one said we don't value our potential owners enough to make a good impression.

This place was AMAZING! It was our first time and we had two rooms booked which were gorgeous. They have everything there like; several pool locations, activities for the children, theater, coffee shop in the lobby, and the really cool thing was the transportation that was provided to the beach and back. All the money that is spent is worth every penny. But there was only one little thing; we went in February so the pool water was cold, and it woulld have been nice if it were heated. So I would defiantly go again.

They gave me and my dad a room with one king bed then they told him there were no other rooms. When I asked a different person for a different room we got one. There's no bellman, no security and the maid stole my medication. For three hours our neighbors were pounding on their door to get into their room. When you pay these rates you expect your stay to be better than staying at a holiday inn. I would recommend any other hotel.

The rooms are very spacious and the front desk is really helpful in making sure you have everything you need for your stay. For instance, my room wasn't ready by the time I was checking in, so they managed to find me a new one so I wouldn't need to be kept waiting. The location is nice and isolated and the property as a whole is gorgeous.

Great place for a vacation. Staff is great and the location is central. Shuttles take you to beaches, shopping, and food. But you don't have to leave. Everything you need is right there. Pools, BBQ, gym, food, bar, and activities.

Beautiful and relaxing. Can't ask for anything more on a vacation. The units are well appointed, the grounds are immaculately kept and the staff is very friendly. We also loved the addition of the shuttle to Crystal Cove Beach since our last visit 2 years ago. Though I do wish there was a rule about wearing your hair in a ponytail or something while in the pools.

We stay here once a year for a week. It is always nice. Excellent amenities. Close by everything. We usually get. 3rd floor end cap unit. Only thing that can be challenging is the parking. If you return late at night there might not be any parking and the garage can be a hike. They do have a shuttle service.

So far so good. Great Villa layout, spacious, and very clean. The fitness center is nice and the grounds are well laid out. The registration area was a bit crowded but we didn't spend much time there. Having a great time so far!
