  Outdated. Always smells like body odor or mold. Dirty. There are NO cup holders. It is in serious need of an update. I'm surprised Marquees Cinemas has let this place look this bad for so long. But there isn't anything wrong with the screens or movies themselves and that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead on 1

  This theater REALLY needs updated. Seats are old, movies are usually never the newest movies or blockbusters, and the staff is usually your average teenager (nice, but turn your back and their cellphones are out or their talking to each other)
  
  Would LOVE to see AMC or someone similar take it over and renovate or rebuild it.

  The facility needs updated. It is small and very dated compared to the theater in Beckly. The staff is friendly and provides good service.

  We watched the "Emoji Movie" and it was great! Although other reviews have said otherwise. It was a great movie! Also comfy seats. And good popcorn!

  The building smells old when you walk in. The service was quick, friendly.
  
  The ticket prices are exorbitant for what the cinema offers. I guess we're spoiled from where we're from.
  
  Inside the actual theatre. The seats are old and some even were broken and they were filthy. There were no cup holders, and the smell was so potent it burned your eyes.
  
  When bringing the smell up to the manager she argued there was no smell but I believe she is used to the nasty smell.
  
  Our money was finally refunded.
  
  The whole area we was in was disgusting.

  Food and customer service is fine, but this place is ancient hasn't been updated since it was built, seats are not comfortable. I am local and I know this place makes enough money to afford an update.

  I really in joyed the movie The Mummy it was the first time I every was in your theatre. Your seats is comfortable me and my daughter really in joyed the movie thank you very much.

  Dirty and very poor theater that hasn't been updated in years. It definitely needs closed. There's not enough people in the Summersville area to support a 4 screen theater. With the new ownership of Regal I guess we'll see if they will continue to operate this location.

  Terrible TERRIBLE sound at this theater. All treble and no bass. It is worth the drive to Beckley so you can actually enjoy the movie.
