If your size is uncommon, this is the place for you. There is no other shoe store where I have so many choices as here. Most shoe stores just pretend that narrow doesn't even exist. True their return policy is not generous especially in light of their limited locations.

My wife's go-to shoe store. Excellent selection even for narrow feet. Super nice staff. Tons of sales too.

I was going to buy a pair of 200 dollars boots until I was informed they weren’t returnable. So I took a minute to decide whether or not to purchase due to a recent foot break. Because of this the manager got frustrated ripped the boots off the counter and threw them on the back counter saying to another saleswoman “since she can’t make up her mind I’m not waiting I have better things to do” I have never been treated so rudely. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. If I could give no stars I would.

I like to go Marni's because they try their best to fit me because I have very narrow feet. They only want you to buy shoes if they fit and you like them.

The woman who I guess is the manager is possibly the most unpleasant and rudest person I have dealt in a long time. She lost a big sale and a customer.
