Received a full reroof from JBS in April. They provided good communication and quality work. I waited until now to review to see how roof held up during most of monsoon season. Everything looks great! They are very responsive and detail oriented. Cleanup during and after install helped minimize nails and staples overall. I still recommend you use your own magnets if you have kids or pets as staples and nails find all kinds of crevices but that's to be expected. Great job overall and highly recommend.

I write this review because I relied so heavily on the reviews I saw here (for JBS) when I hired JBS roofing. Now, after having worked with them… and now having seen how they work, I wonder about the origin of the reviews I read. In short, after signing the initial bid, any extra item that came up , we were charged an exorbitant fee - twice or three times the industry norm based on our calls to verify cost - with other roofing companies. our queries with JBS were met with total disregard - As bad as their approach was during the roofing process, the most alarming and important NOTE to anyone else who may have. or is considering working with JBS was ..when they submitted the final bill for payment and assured me our over $50,000 roof was properly done. We were concerned, so we hired a licensed/bonded/ 30 year experienced roof inspector to inspect the roof. The roof inspector reported back; that there were over 32! negligent and sloppy workmanship items on the roof..with attached photos. The inspector said it was one of the sloppiest
jobs he had seen. It was shocking to us and in addition, JBS left dirty and rusty nails all over the site, one of the nails went thru the shoe and punctured the foot of a visiting guest and another a tire.. Still trying to be as civil as possible with JBS .. we asked if they would cover cost of the clean up of the nails that injured our guest and tire.. in total under $900.00 they said "no." .. it was on us. My suggestion is, IF you have had your roof done by this JBS company, HAVE YOUR ROOF INSPECTED by an independent inspector and if you have children, guest, or you will
be out in the area around your roof after JBS has worked there , have your landscaper or someone carefully clean up to prevent injury.

Great job! In the middle of monsoon season, I had to replace my roof underlayment on my tile roof. They did a very thorough job and found spots of rot and replaced plywood. The job was done quickly and very efficiently. They were very polite, friendly and explained everything about the process to us.
Price was great, too!
I highly recommend them! Thank you JBS ROOFING!!

JBS Roofing is a great company. We had a disaster of a roof that another company had installed. When Gary Walsh came to give us an estimate, he suggested we make a claim with the Registrar of Contractors. Not only did he suggest it, but he came out twice to our property to meet with the inspectors from the Registrar of Contractors. After we won our claim, we would have no other than JBS Roofing do our new roof. Now that the Monsoon's have started, no more leaks! Stephen Grzelinski, superintendent of our job, also did an excellent job keeping in contact with us throughout the process and making sure all was in order. The same crew came each day and were friendly, polite, and cleaned up all roofing materials.

Their estimator Dan showed up on time for both estimates and he was very professional and honest. The quote was very competitive. We ended up going with a different company for the first project but I would not hesitate to recommend JBS.

I'm not a customer but yesterday my husband was left on top off the roof by Dan Wolf because he is a jerk and he is also rude to customers I don't see how a company would want someone to represent them especially being a project manager who leaves someone on top off a roof with no way down let alone in Arizona. Way to go for poor customer service.

I have personally been able to use Jim Brown & Sons Roofing Company on a number of occasions for my client's roofing issues. The service needs have ranged from a few shingle and tile replacements, to a full blown roof tear down and replacement. I found the company to have been very attentive and professional in all of the situation. More importantly, they were extremely timely and what they promised, they simply did.

From a cost standpoint, I felt my clients received good value from the products and services Jim Brown & Sons Company provided. I will continue to recommend them and use them personally on my properties as well.

We were in a pickle with my father-in-law's roof and insurance. Jim Brown & Sons had done the roof 25 years ago and my father-in-law still had the paperwork. We needed fast response and help. We were treated as if we were family and given such priority. I don't expect that from any company, unless the deadlines call for it. We were looking at dad's insurance be cancelled within 1.5 weeks. Not only did they help us out, they got what the insurance needed done to the roof to reinstate the policy2 days before the cancellation date. They have a loyal customer with me and my father-in-law's extended family.
