My husband and I have been on the hunt for a reverse Brindle Boxer for MONTHS! When we found out that Puppies 'N Love does special orders we contacted them immediately.
Kendall, our sales associate was AMAZING! She was polite, friendly, informative and straight forward with the entire process, expectations, pricing and time-line. We special ordered our puppy and within 8 weeks he was in the store.
He was exactly what we were looking for and are totally in love.
During the entire process Kendall kept us informed, checked in on us and even sent us another potential Boxer puppy they had gotten in store. She was totally transparent and kept us up to date on what our options were.

My daughter and I were on a day trip to shop Arrowhead Mall. We didn't get a puppy (or pet of any sort), but, we did stop in to look. The people working here let all the children play with some of the puppies. The dogs seemed so happy & the place was clean. If we were looking for a new family member/pet, we would definitely consider this place!

Amazing place with an amazing staff. I truly can't say enough kind words about how this place treats it's customers and it's puppies. I was able to see, on more than one occasion, the true compassion and care that this particular store and location shows to it's customers and it's animals. I don't want to go into too many specifics about our situation, but I can say that I was a witness to this store putting it's puppies welfare BEFORE money, and to me that is a rare and beautiful thing. If you are looking to adopt a healthy, happy and LOVED puppy, than please check out this business and especially this location.

Christal was my co-agent and was great she was very involved sending my boys pics almost daily. I'm over the moon with my new addition. His name is Boris. And I'm very pleased as I was when I brought home my other girl Natasha . This company really seems to get great breeders. I'm very happy I have had my golden doodle for 5 years she's one of the smartest dogs I've ever owned. And I'm looking forward to the years I'll have with both now. Thank you puppies n love.

We bought a beautiful white lab from Puppies n Love. The staff was amazing to work with. I was able to do some research on our puppy’s breeder myself and it confirmed everything they had told me so it made me comfortable that I wasn’t buying from s “puppy mill”. We had to wait a week to bring him home until he got additional shots and their vet cleared him. We were able to go in daily to play with our puppy for as long as we wanted during that week. When we brought him home, our personal vet said he was “perfect”. He’s been a great addition to our family!

Can I just say that any place selling service dog vests along with puppies is just encouraging people to fake having a service dog just so they can take them everywhere? Also, you are not "adopting" a puppy whenever you buy from this place. You are buying a puppy living in terrible conditions because yes a puppy in a glass box with food and water is not "good" living conditions. You should also take note of how many diseases people can transfer to puppies and how many people touch the puppies exposing them to sickness. That should clue in to how much they "care" about their puppies well being. When I visited their store the people were rude, dodged questions about the care of the puppies and were more interested in getting the puppies sold rather than their well being. Don't be fooled, this is just a dressed up puppy mills. Pathetic and disgusting.

We bought our English Bulldog from Christal almost 2 years ago. She was absolutely wonderful & helped up with everything. Yogi has always been healthy & I will definitely come back for my second one!! I totally enjoy coming in to visit with Christal when I'm picking up food & show her all the recent pics!!

Amazing experience. Christal worked with me for over 3 weeks helping me find the perfect puppy. Once we found a puppy, Becca from Tucson sent me many updated pictures and even put him on hold for me while we drove down from Phoenix. The staff were friendly and had obviously spent a lot of time with the puppy, he even knew hiw to sit. Would recommend to any family.

The puppy we purchased from this store has been the perfect addition to our family! He's absolutely gorgeous, and such a happy and healthy puppy. The sales rep that worked with us was incredibly knowledgeable about the breed, and he walked us through the steps of making sure we were fully prepared to bring our new puppy home. We could not be happier, and would recommend this store to anyone looking for their new pet!

My family comes in here often. We have a 3 year old Shihtzu from here, who has been amazing. Our family isn't sure of the breed we want next, so we come in & visit all kinds of puppies. Christal sent us home with our first pup. She has been so patient with us in our search for our next pup, she is always excited about educating us on which ever breed we are looking at. She is literally helping us find the right fit for our family 😊

I've purchased two puppies from here, a Maltese in 2012, and a "Shiranian" in 2013. My "shiranian" came out with a bad cough and our vet said it wasn't uncommon for the puppies to come out w/ health issues off kennels like this.
In 2015 we were about to buy a Bernese [Mountain Dog] from this place, but I have to say the dogs here seem to be getting more expensive every year; we decided to get our Bernese directly from a local breeder for much cheaper. The breeder recommended using Iams instead of the dog food this place pushes; we've been using it since and all of our dogs love it.
As far as staff, we've always been treated well; I guess it's a hit or a miss here. Personally, I would buy directly off local breeders, if possible; the prices here are somewhat steep; I still like to stop by, every time I'm at the mall, and look at the puppies.

I bought my sweetheart Frenchton here and could not be happier with him.

I gave this store three stars because while the lady who helped me was super nice and great to work with I was pretty surprised at how little the employees understood their financing process. I would ask questions and they would all look at one another in confusion. Thank goodness I have a husband who works in finance so he could read through their documents and explain it better, but goodness! Be careful people.

Also when it was time to bring puppy home, I was just handed this little baby and they were like "peace out!" So I uh, carry him across the mall then? There I am, 20 bags from shopping in my right hand and a puppy in my left hand. I literally bought the entire mall that day. It was weird.

Also, their dog food they push at you isn't any better than a decent grain free food from Target - just read the ingredients.

After choosing our puppy we signed all the papers for the financing and took some supplies home. We decided to cancel our puppy reservation after all and were told we owed 25% of the price of the dog to cancel. I reviewed everything I signed and the only thing that said would be charged is 25% of a deposit you put down. I explained that I didn't put a deposit and then they tried to say the dog was the deposit. How can I use a dog that I don't own as a deposit on itself?! I told them if necessary I would be happy to pay for the supplies I took home but not for a dog that never even left the store and couldn't in the first place because it was on medication. Horrible experience.

It's always very clean and I've always been greeted by friendly staff. I enjoy just looking at all of the dogs, despite never adopting one from these guys at this time.
