Tim from the tile and shingle division gets scared when you start asking about pay. Glad I didn't get myself and my crew involved with this company at this time. If you plan on working for this company be very careful. Just like all the other comments say.

I was on the Tempe High School Job and all I can say is call and ask for Bill the maintenance supervisor and all I heard was how much Roofing Southwest screwed up the job. The broke all kinds of stuff, had crews not show and in the end made Bill very unhappy. In talking to the job foreman Tim and Rick all they did was threaten and complain about the job. If you have a commercial roofing job I suggest you look elsewhere or you to may not like this companys work.

Sub Contractors Beware, this company does not pay as agreed! I have called and talked to Rob the owner 3x and he always says he will look into it and call back but guess what. he never calls back so if you do not want to get stiffed on your work, run from Roofing Southwest and Rob.

This is the best foam roofing company in the world I got my roof done by them 6 month ago roof never leaked again thanks to Jay an his brother keep up the Good work:)
