Always a nice time at the market of Marion. Plenty of booths with a wide range of products. Ample parking . food kiosks and sit down area are nice .
I am only giving 1 star, because of the restaurant. The servers are good, but the prices are outrageous for the quality of the food. DO NOT order the "CHICKEN" taco salad. The manager obviously doesn't give a hoot about the content of the food served. Not sure what PIECES of a chicken were ground up an what it is blended with to make those french fry shaped sticks with, but yuck. $16 for terrible food and I threw out all except the funnel cake and coffee. PLEASE eat before you go to the otherwise great market.
When I travel to Ocala a few times a year I usually like to go for a few hours. It’s really nice to go in the winter if it’s warm. The parking lot is big and I have always been able to find a space fairly quickly. It’s a lot of vendors with a lot of merchandise there is no way you could see it all. Most of the prices are fairly reasonably. But, some of the vendors except cash only.
Many booths to view and walk through. If you are looking at any of the tool vendors, be sure to check them all out before you buy something. Many carry the same products for a wide range of prices. This place is busiest on Saturdays. Some vendors take credit cards.
Love this local flea market. You are able to find just about anything. Good food at Mamas. Vegetables and fruits are from Palm City. Good place to walk around as well. It is under cover, no worries about the rain.
Lots of parking and so many vendors that if you walk each area you can make a day of shopping. About 95% of the area is covered to enjoy your experience. I have found one atm machine, don't waste your money on the arcade. Great place to get your veggies as well.
The best market for anything all under one (actually many) roof. I got homemade soap and 2 belt buckles. I can't get either of those things at a mall.
Not so much a flea market as a whole lot of vendors selling the same kinds of stuff. High pressure sales, you couldn't even look at anything without someone jumping to tell you what a fantastic deal it was. Definitely a huge place! And they did have a section of local produce.
I sometimes go here in the winter months to see what's upgrab some kettle cornmaybe some produce if it local and check out the plants and pet isle. But unless you want a new pair of designer imposter sunglasses and an array of bath remodel infoor some vacuuming items.or tools or pictures or used books..wait nevermind. It's a flea market. Gets hot in the summer.
There are a nice variety of booth oriented shops to look in.. The Market, has a large Fresh Garden section with local and state farmers market produce being sold for great prices.. no matter what your looking for from new shoes to vintage items , candy , books, tools, tee shirts jewelry, clothing that is so nice,,organic products or accessories to your golf world. This is good place to spend the whole day, realize there are no air conditioners , only fans running.. so drink a lot of water and dress light! there are bathrooms and refreshment stands.. please leave pets at home.( service animals are welcome) small children need watching as breaking stuff you are held responsible for the damages I would think..
Excellent place for a lot of choices. I bought a furniture there for $400 delivered and realized later it was worth $3700!!! Love Sunglass alley, huge selection of sunglasses and readers
There aren't enough benches at all. I love this place. We are from Minnesota and when we go to the villages the last stop on our way home for us is this market. You can buy everything under the sun from
fruit to jewelry to kitchen things to clothes , watches, rugs, even animals. The list goes on and on and everything is a good deal cheaper
than the store or online. I bought a gorgeous purse for $18 that would sell for near $50. We never have enough time to go through the place. They even sell all sorts of internet electronics, etc. plus a lot more.
Huge indoor flea market with lots of great bargains, especially in the farmers market section with ridiculously cheap fruit and vegetables. You can pretty much anything you need here at a big discount. They will even detail your car and restore headlights while you shop.
This is a giant flee and farmers market. You can buy all kinds of stuff. Mostly a flee market, but there is some prepared food, and some excellent vendor's in the farmers market section. Bathrooms are in great need of renovation and upkeep.
Very nice flea market. Many vendors with new merchandise and good prices. Also many tables of yard sale merchandise. Normally can find whatever I need. Large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Competitive price all over the market. Good restaurant with decent selection of food. Prices are a bit high so expect to pay a good amount for your selection. Overall great way to spend a couple hours.
