One star is too much.Who ever worked there on Sunday afternoon Nov 5th was a hot head. I will never go back. He was very rude, loud mouth, made me feel very unsafe. Right from the beginning when my friends were filling out the waiver he yelled at them to move to the back counter instead of asking. We should have known then it was time to go; what followed later in the shooting area was even worse. I do not recommend anybody having to deal with such radical behavior , it was a very scary and unpleasant experience. He ruined my day to say the least. This is not the type of people you would expect to deal with when your in a confined area with loaded guns. This man has a terrible temper and I am still traumatized about it.

My wife and I use R&D exclusively. The staff have never been other than friendly and polite. I have two complaints:

1.The brooms and sweeps for brass cleanup work poorly on the carpet.
2. Only pistol caliber weapons are allowed.

We just recently visited the Reload range in Tarpon Springs to do some .223 rifle shooting.Excellent range, but it's too far away for regular visits from Ocala.

Had a great time the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this range to anyone.just wish I could shoot .223/.556 but for anything to a .45 perfect.

Well lighted lanes with electronic keypads for distance make this the best indoor range within a 50 mile radius.

I took the Gun Safety Class presented by Lawrence Ball. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure that everyone in the class completely understood gun safety. Afterwards we were taken to the range and able to shoot our weapons one on one with an instructor.
the range is very nice, clean, well maintained the staff there were more than accommodating. Definitely 5 stars

Great indoor pistol range. Probably the best indoor range unless you are wanting to drive to Tampa. You can shoot up to 44 Mag here. You can bring your own ammo from home. Just remember if you plan on shooting you need to be there at least an hour before closing time or you will not be allowed on a lane. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a lane even during their busy times so its worth trying if you are thinking about it. Also as a note, they do sell firearms here but the selection is limited and they do NOT rent firearms so make sure you bring a gun or just buy one and use it there.
