Clean larger dealership with free shuttle with friendly drivers. They replaced an under panel on my car that promptly came undone days later dragging on the road requiring me to cut it away hundreds of miles away from home. I called it in and a few months later went in and they offered me fair compensation for the issue. Well done.
I'm just skeptical about the purchase
I went there right before a holiday weekend to ask about site deals and was pressured by two salesmen to make a purchase, which is understandable since it's their job, but some sort honesty would've been appreciated especially when I don't have knowledge about cars. The deals on the site don't match reality and more of bait and switch.
-Honest salesmen would educate me and gave me options instead of pushing a Corolla for Camry payments for instance.
-From the moment I walked in they were trashing my Nissan Sentra(which was a great car) and they claimed not to have 2019 models anymore, which is a bit hard to believe especially when website said otherwise.
-This was truly one of those purchases where my car lease was ending and wanted to purchase a car for first time. Unfortunately, I was so pressured by salesmen.
-If salesmen were more honest with me, I would've felt good about this and comeback to them with trust. Now, I'll have to be cautious if I use their services. Also, I requested more than one time to give me sometime to think about it and maybe call a friend to consult but they just wouldn't give me any space.
-My previous car dealership back home was really transparent with me and helped pick a good lease with reasonable prices.
-They over sale the car then upon signing lease they scared you from the electric issues so you add another monthly $100 insurance.
-Also, I would've appreciate if they informed me about the property taxes and that they won't be paying for.
Family! That is EXACTLY how I was treated from start to sale and beyond! John Harris and Jim Malpede did a wonderful job and have truly earned all my future business! Highly recommended!
This is truly for the service department. Every time I go to get my car serviced, I am treated like an idiot. I have to have my husband take the car in so that I am not bamboozled. Mark Jacobson, I understand you are a business and my husband is a mechanic and has always heard there is a lot of pressure in the service department to make money, but scaring women into believing they need to purchase unnecessary repairs is shameful and a scam. STOP IT. I was told I authorized $400 in repairs after taking the car in for a $40 oil change. When I said no one called me, the service rep called my phone number and said well that's the number I called. After I told them to remove the charges I did not authorize, the person brought my car around with an attitude and actually farted in my car! We complained (my husband and I), and the service rep acted as if we were nutsSTOP IT! STOP IT! STOP IT! Women and people not knowledgeable about cars BEWARE!
Was planning on buying a used car and after working with Brad B and Rob Cook, I purchased a new Highlander with EVERY detail that I wanted (color, captains chair, leather, DVD players, etc). Brad was an excellent sales man, who was thorough, NOT pushy and super patient with all my many requests and questions. Rob helped me get a price that was within my budget as then followed with with some additional installations that I wanted. I also want to recognize Edwin Caldwell who introduced me to everyone, made me feel important as a client and helped me when I needed a loaner car.
These guys provides excellence service and I strongly recommend them!!!
Our sales rep, Michael, was great. We walked in on a Sunday and left with a brand new van for a great price. We were totally respected and listened to and had ample time to make our choices. No rushing.
Excellent service everytime. They are very good at communicating of there are issues and what options you have. They run a very efficient operations and do not waste your time. I highly recommend them for any Toyota service need.
My experience with purchasing my Toyota at Mark Jacobson was exemplary. Ian Edgington was exceptional in customer appreciation, communication, professionalism, and his overall knowledge of car mechanics. Also, I was impressed with his problem-solving mentality. Robert, Sales Manager, was professional, amiable, and straightforward. I appreciated his taking time to show me Marc Jacobson's beautiful car collection. Adam in Finance was professional and courteous. He even saved me money on my monthly payment. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful.
My experience with you guys was excellent. I can’t asked for a better deal. I love my car and I love you Ian you are the best. Very polite and a great customer service. You missing out if you don’t have Toyota best car good pricing. Thank you guys so much.
Jonathan was great. Not overbearing and trying to sell, basically let the car sell itself which was nice. Finance guy wasn't mean and scary like I expected, explained everything so I could understand what I was signing. Overall very positive experience. (Protip - Jonathan called me first thing in the morning, every other dealer waited until after 10 so naturally the early bird gets the worm).
I'm giving 3 stars because I bought my new Camry with ease a few years ago (6 years ago), but I purchased a 2005 Camry recently from their Pre-owned lot for my son as his first car and they don't seem to have the same integrity & customer service as the people on the new lot. I was given the run around about the 30 day tags which were within days of expiring (I have 4 days left on my 30 days), I was told to go to the dealership to pick up dealer tags once the 30 expires. I was also told that although the car said "as is no warranty" that it was covered for 30 days under the Mark Jacobson warranty & that was a lie. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR FROM HERE NEW OR USED!!
First impressions are sometimes the last impressions. I walked in to look for a Camry or Avalon. I wanted a 6 cylinder engine being I will do mostly long highway trips. Unfortunately I met Bulldog from the TV show Frazier( who told me that I do not need a 6 cylinder, maybe I should have just told him to pick out the color too). He then asked me what other cars I was looking at and he had a smart ___ response to that too. How in the world someone hired him is beyond me. I am sales professional for over 30 years. The guy was rude to the point I cut him off and walked out. As I walked out I told the 2 other sales guys sitting there playing on their phones on how rude he was and they just kept playing on their phones. I know Toyota's sort of sell themselves so I guess they can get away with poorly trained help.
Leo is THE best dealer I have met so far. He gave me a really good deal, and he was also happy to answer any question I had about insurance, car maintenance etc.
Definitely recommend him if you are first time buying a car.
Just tell him your desired price, and he will try his best to persuade his boss for you.
My experience has been great. The sales people are wonderful, yes car salesmen who are actually helpful in assisting you to find the best deal. All the people on staff from the financial officer to the sales people were very helpful and I was happy with my purchase and with the deal I received. I highly recommend Mark Jacobson for buying or leasing. The facilities are great, and my purchase was hassle free!
Update: 7/11/17
Just purchased a new Toyota. Leo, the sales guy was great! He made my purchase hassle free and affordable payments. I am a long time loyal customer since 2012 of Mark Jacobson Toyota. Their continued excellent customer service keeps me coming back. I know that they will take care of what I need in a car. I highly recommend them.
Buying a car has never been so easy!
Very positive, up beat and well established dealership.
They brought me in and made me feel like family, I couldn't imagine a better car buying experience. That is why I went back a SECOND time to upgrade my car with Edwin and Kim.
They don't miss and beat and held my hand every step of the way.
I will definitely be a lifetime customer!
Excellent service !!
Ten years ago I bought a new Toyota from the same salesman at the same dealership. I returned because I had a good experience then (great price, easy negotiation, helpful service ) There were a few issues with the new car and the dealership dealt with them easily and quickly including giving me a whole new transmission after a year when it was needed. Everyone was attentive and knowledgeable. That said - let's be realistic, these guys are GREAT car salesmen which means they will ask for as much money as you will pay them. Do your homework. Know what price you want to pay, and you can get a good deal from them. And they make it so darn pleasant. So get the best deal in town there and feel good about it and feel like you are being handled by the best in the business. Just car shop there or make it your last stop. They have a huge inventory and can get whatever you want. They are busy with many customers but I always felt like I had their full attention and interest even as they juggled the steady flow of people coming in to buy vehicles. A pleasant fun place to buy a car. When I spent what seems like a fortune to my tightwad savings account, I want to make sure I get straight information, good advice, and great service. I didn't make an appointment which would have been more adviseable. But I wandered in and within three days of careful negotiation and comparative shopping, I got exactly what I wanted from Mark Jacobson 😀❣️
First off I want to say I had an amazing experience buying my first new car from this dealership. I worked with Edwin and he was a really playful and funny guy. He really made me feel comfortable with my decisions and was truthful with me the moment I walked in. He kept me updated on opportunities as well as being a great source of information. Bob (I believe that was his name) also was very helpful walking me through different aspects of buying a new car. Overall I am extremely pleased with the service they provided and I will definitely recommend Edwin, Bob, and Mark Jacobson Toyota to family and friends.
I recently turned my Honda in and had a tough time at the dealership there. I left and went to Mark Jacobson Toyota to see what they could offer. I spoke to Ashleigh Donaldson and we began working things out. She was extremely dedicated to what I wanted and where I needed it to be financially. I told her I was not in an immediate rush but would need to purchase soon. She always answered phone calls and responded to my texts promptly. With her commitment to me she sealed the deal and beat competition from the surrounding area. With her doing that she showed me the dedication Mark Jacobson Toyota has to its community and customers to make it an easy choice to choose them. Also once we got there to purchase our new Toyota, they had us in and out in an unexpected short time. After that, while I was putting the car seats in for our kids, she kept them entertained. I recommend Mark Jacobson Toyota and Ashleigh Donaldson as the contact to anyone I hear looking for a vehicle.
This is my fifth Camry, from Mark Jacobson Toyota! But this was by far the best experience that I've had thus far!!
I was very lucky and was able to work with Barbara & Kim! They were both very knowledgeable as well as determined to find me a Camry with the details that I was looking for!
All of the employees at Mark Jacobson Toyota are very professional & truly made my car buying experience this time around an exceptional one!
Thank you Barbara & Kim for being so great!

Great experience! The dealership was very busy while we were there but several salespeople covered our transaction to make sure we didn't wait too long. Love our new (used) car! We were treated with respect and friendliness from everyone from sales to the business office to the parts department (needed a battery for the key fob). Would definitely consider returning the next time we're car shopping!
