Not LGBT friendly. The people who work there were laughing & watching me the whole time I was there. Felt bad because I was the only customer. Very disrespectful!

Do not shop here, they will sell you defective merchandise and not even allow you to return it (UNUSED!!) for store credit. I've made two purchases from this store, both ended up being defective. Shame on me for giving them another chance.

Incredible staff. Seriously INCREDIBLE!! They are the most professional and knowledgable ladies I've ever met in the industry. They gave my husband and I useful tips and suggestions and we left ready to try out some new things :)

It said 10 percent off and a free gift on adam and eve rdu's site on items over 25 dollars once arrived they said there was nothing they could do it was corporate not them even though I showed them the site with pictures of their store clearly saying come in and receive it.

Fantastic products and costumer service! I looked around for about 20 minutes and picked out some outfits which they were kind enough to place in a fitting room so I could try them on later and not had to carry around the store. All the clothing was made with good quality material. The lady that was helping me assisted me in lacing up my corset and also getting me a bigger size without me having to get dressed and go back out there to look for it. She also showed me some accessories for the piece that I was going to buy and how to use them. I left a very happy costumer. Will be coming back for sure!

First time in there and right away i was greeted and asked if i needed any help. Both the girls were more than willing to show me around and make me feel very comfortable.
