Prices are comparable to an Applebee's, but the experience is much better. Great service, and very good food that tastes homemade. It is clear they care, and I highly recommend.

Great, unique flavors.
Friendly, helpful staff.
The food was fresh and the ambience was relaxing. It is a nice, cozy cafe to get together with family or friends and spend a few hours with.
One thing I have against this place is that the seating can get a little tight. It was only moderately busy when I went in and I felt like I was dodging chairs.
Overall good place to eat though.
Unique and innovative, food was superb and coffee is outstanding. However, we had to wait about 45 minutes and even then seating was so tight. I would love to go back, but the wait will keep me away.
An all-around great place for breakfast. The food tasted great and reminded me of a home cooked meal. The atmosphere was awesome - cozy, charming cafe style restaraunt right across the street from the capitol.
Very charming interior and friendly staff! 3 stars because the breakfast potatoes were over seasoned, and everything on the menu was a bit pricey for the portion sizes. Blueberry scone was delicious, though.
Excellent service, even better food! Got us in when every other brunch spot in Madison was slammed! Will definitely be back asap!
Food and house coffee was good but way overpriced for what you get. Pancakes were tiny for how much they cost. My husband asked cashier if they offer military discount ( because you just don't know who does and doesn't) and one female worker got a snobby look on her face as if she's never heard of such thing. A simple no would have sufficed. :)
I had the half-stack cornmeal pancakeswasn't a fan of the homemade butter, it was too sweet when paired with the maple syrup. Also had the house Bloody Marry which tasted like shrimp sauce on roids and not spicy at all but to each their own. It's a good place to go on a date as it is comfortable and getting the meal was rather quick. Prepare to serve yourself Coffee and Water as this is the nature of this particular restaurant. I was probably more disappointed in this as I serve people all week and it would be nice to have someone tend to my needs as I try to eat a decent meal.
Great breakfast/brunch. I love their orange marmalade. Lines can be long especially on the weekends. I don't care for coffee but friends have said they have good coffee. You order at a counter and they drop off your food. The restaurant has always been clean in my about 5 visits.
Fresh, fast, and delicious. This place gets busy fast, but all the places with great food do. So that should tell you something!
Very tasty breakfast. Best breakfast sausage I've had . Potatoes were a bit peppery but good flavor. Great service and experience overall .
Probably the cutest breakfast restaurant downtown. Order at the counter but then attentive staff takes care of you. Great cozy location, food comes out looking like the pictures. Bacon was very tasty even by bacon standards. Went early on a weekend and no line. Kids menu available.
Staff are friendly, Not very organized though, always getting their ticket numbers confused and bringing you the wrong order, or not all of it. Potatoes are mushy and too salty, toast is always cold, in fact the whole breakfast is always cold. Who orders what would normally be a "Hot Breakfast" and enjoys everything cold? The place has great possibilities but needs a good ass kicking in the kitchen and staff department!
It was the weekend before Valentine's Day. It was very busy and we didn't have reservations but got lucky and got a booth in the bar. It was a small table for three but we made it work. The prime rib and New York strip were prepared as we desired.
