Can't complain with the food. Always get the No 1 Crispy Chicken (even at various other locations in Milwaukee). 8/10, I haven't been disappointed. Only times have been when the chicken pieces were too soggy, tasted old, etc.

Ordered today for the 1st time. food is not bad its pretty good i have to be honest. But i ordered 2 separate meals and they ended sending both rice in one container and i have already gave one person their rice and meal and told the 2nd to wait ill call and check its prob a mistake. so they told me we put em together cause they area CHEAP. so i told the young man that send me some rice the food is getting cold and the guy is hungry, so the kid on the phone was like ohh u have to pay $1.50 even though its their fault and i was ok that's fine just whatever i got people to feed, so the they delivered the rice after 45min. and my total was $21.00 and i paid the restaurant $9.00 Tip.. i dnt understand why people are this cheap and have bad customer service. They just a lost a customer cause they wana be cheap and stingy.

I order take out or delivery here monthly and have been satisfied with the food. Always fresh and hot and delicious. They did not receive 5 stars because they can be a little pricey for large orders and their dine in option is nothing stellar.

Not sure what other people's deal is, but my food was fantastic. It really was. The chicken tasted very fresh, the General Tso chicken gives a little rich flavor but is lightly coated and keeps the breading crispy. It's a great deal for some good food that I can confidently say I won't regret later. I'll be back.

However, after we moved to the new location (in the same court), we received some bad reviews about the food and found some were caused by misunderstanding, and some reviews might come from our competitors (other restaurants). We always take our food quality seriously and the chief is the SAME. So we welcome your suggestions and improve our food. We hate the some people's behavior that giving bad reviews for living. I've always liked the food here. We tend to order the New No 1 beef, lo mein, and fried rice, but we've had other dishes as well, and as quick service/delivery Chinese food goes, it's fresh and tasty, which is all we expect. Never had an order wrong. Flavor is consistent.

Horrible delivery time, and when I got the food, the sweet and sour sauce had been shoved through the lid of the gravy container, and there was a flood of gravy in the bag that got on EVERYTHING, including my coat, furniture and my son's clothes when we tried to take the food out. I asked for a refund. They said drive it back here and we will give you one. I said no, if I could have driven to pick this garbage up in the first place I wouldn't have had it delivered. I said I want you to deliver my money back to me including tip ($26) and I'll give that mess back to the driver. The manager hung up on me (probably because I talk fast and I was pissed but I TOTALLY have a right to be pissed about my personal stuff getting ruined), so I called back and demanded a refund or it would be a legal matter where they would be replacing the things that were just ruined by their crap food. My son ate a couple pieces of his chicken and almost threw up. I will NEVERRRRRR recommend this place to anyone and I will NEVERRRRRR order from them again. They're unprofessional and rude and the refuse to take responsibility for their careless actions. I'm furious!!!! And when they finally got here, the driver was very rude and demanded to see everything was in the bag. Everything was in there, covered in gravy, minus a couple pieces of chicken my son tried to eat. I said to tell the staff to be more careful packing their bags. ðŸ˜

Alright, this place is amazing! Excellent staff that were able to share some history behind the restaurant. The food was super good and super cheap! I wished there was a downtown location! I would come here again in a heartbeat!

The sweet and sour chicken was kinda soggy. The crab ragroon tasted as if was recooked in the microwave from the day before, had a hard rubbery bite to it. Go to Peking Garden if you actually want good Chinese food.

First time I ordered from them was after work and it was late after, 10 on a Sunday I think, and they were the only place that delivered. Ordered the general tso chicken, egg rolls, and fried rice. Everything was great and they come in the good plastic containers that I reuse for everything.
Since then I've ordered from them close to 10 times. I usually get the same thing but have tried some different sides. The only iside I have had was they mix up the general tso size. Instead of the full container of chicken I've gotten the one that's half vegetables which is annoying.

The delivery was estimated about 60 minutes. Delivery actually took about 90 minutes. We ordered their hot chili sauce with our dinner and the sauce cup had 2 dead fruit flies in it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
