Very expensive, seats in theaters were filthy and sticky. Overall paid $90 for 3 adults (me and my 12 and 13 year old) and 1 child (my 7 yr old), 3 drinks, and 3 candy boxes.

Next visit tix for child and adult are same price during matinee ($11).
Purchased two pretzel bites with cheese and buffalo chicken meal which should have been around $30. Was charged $37 and when given food received one pretzel bite with cheese and some fries. I had 2 are you with the person who took my order on how fries and one order of cheese bites costed $37. Had to get the manager she straighten out my order although it took 25 minutes of me and my three children missing the movie which had already started. I received everything I paid for but was not even offered inconvenience ticket or anything 4 missing almost a half an hour on the movie.
These theaters are getting way too expensive and you're not actually receiving a product besides the food. $44 for me in the can just for tickets and $37 for three food items which should have been $9.50 each. I still don't understand how it came to that much. Very dissatisfied!!

Renaissance theatre was great ! We visited around the holidays and the theatre was decorated beautifully. Everything was clean and well kept. Customer service was fast and friendly. I had an issue with my rewards card and the manager went above / beyond to accommodate us. We will return.

The WORST movie experience of my life. It's very sad because my family grew up going here almost every week. Never will i be going back there and neither will my family or friends. Our food was made incorrectly TWICE , finally just took the incorrect pizza and when we sat down to eat it, it was hard and cold. Not to mention the rest of the food we ordered was cold because we were waiting so long for the food to be made correctly. On top of it we missed the previews and the first 15 minutes of the movie. Finally, we got back to our seat only to find out that my mother's chair was broken. While this whole thing was happening there were managers watching and doing absolutely nothing. I will be spending my gas money and driving to South Shore from now on. This is by NOT a great experience. Do not go to this movie theatre, you will regret It. Terrible food, TERRIBLE SERVICE and the managers could care less.

The theater is beautiful. Clean and spotless. Except the bathroom could have definitely been cleaner. The reclining seats were comfortable and, being disabled, helped make it much easier to sit through the movie comfortably. The snack bar was outrageously over priced. All in all, it was a great experience.

I have had a great time in the past at this theater, I love the recliner leather seats and the place it self is very nice. However, the reason why I gave it 2 stars is because most of the time when I try to finally escape from the busy week and have a good time with the family like today, I look online to buy tickets for both adults and kids, well.. After buying tickets for 3 adults I keep scrolling to find movies for the kiddos (under 13)! Well ALL MOVIES ARE PG13 and R! Bommer! I call the manager and ask why this? The answer is;.. sorry ma’am we haven’t received any kids new releases lately, what??? So you cannot play any older movies? Total disappointment to see how every day this world is pushing our kids to be more and more distracted with phones, technology etc and less time with their parents.

I go to the movies almost every week. And even though it should be surround sound I find that the volume is way too high to the point that I almost want to bring earplugs the next time. I find my stuff self sticking my fingers in my ears and some parts of the movie. I wish you would look into this the volume at times

Dream loungers are unbelievably comfortable to relax and enjoy a move with my sweetie. Getting to cuddle with my husband and watch a movie in peace was a great date night experience!

Nicer theater than others in area. Good amenities and comp pricing. All heated recliners now which some say are comfortable. I sometimes come out with soar neck though.

We went there recently and we were amazed what they did with it. It had been a long time since we went back so it kind of surprised us. They had it renovated and we loved it. The upgraded facilities like their reclined chair and all are definitely a great way to sit back and relax while watching a movie. We will never go to another theater again if we're just in the area.

I LOVE the new seats here. They are very comfortable and some of the seats are even heated. They only need to change two things. 1. They need to make all of the seats heated and 2. They need to put settings on the heated seats. Right now they're are only two settings, on and off. They need to at least have a high and low choice because right now the seats get SUPER hot super fast.

Movie was great. Love the ultra screen with the dream loungers. Get the at home feeling. There was no really long lines to get in as I pre-purchased my tickets online. The concessions had a line but moved quickly. Their prices are high but I don't really eat anything at the movie theater, tend to just have a soda or water.

I had a ticket for the Oscar film festival event here last week. The movie environment was fine, but the staff didn't seem prepared for the crowd. We had about an hour between two of the movies and ordered some food right away so that we could finish it before the next movie. We ended up waiting nearly an hour for our food and had to get a pager, which went off at the very beginning of the movie. So I missed the first few minutes of that trying to pick our food up, which was complicated when they brought the wrong order. The lady that tried to give me a pizza instead of the burger and app I had ordered disappeared without saying anything, then finally came back with what looked like the right food, so I took it into the theater. It wasn't until I started eating the burger that I realized it wasn't even the one I had ordered!
