Nice homey spot, makes service members feel at home and not like mindless drones all the time. Home cooked food and desserts are awesome! Friendly people help take the edge off of training or switching commands

Now this base is huge. You can't tell it from the street. I wish there was another word larger than huge. Enormous doesn't even do it. They are so neat and well organized. I really enjoyed my stay. I'm not good with cold and windy though. It was definitely that. My experience here was top notch. 😃 Go Navy

Thank you to all of the fantastic volunteers! The service these people give to our new enlistee's in invaluable! I'll be donating to the USO and I encourage everyone to do the same.

Not only does the USO provide information and entertainment to our military, they also provide free beverages and food to them as well!

I worked at goodwill food service, Scullery, the recruits were smiling and nice, they always say thank you, or have a nice night, this is why I love working there, it helps keep me motivated and ongoing when I feel bored. I have some friends dat are friendly, but a few actually aren't, they are mean. So Giving this 4 stars since some food workers are mean to me, even though I'm new the last 2 months I worked and in definitely a hard worker in pots and pans and Scullery. So I ignore there rude behavior, they must have a disability for that kind of behavior, ooh well, good place to drive to the main gate every Tuesday through Saturday lunch through dinner night shift.

It is a great place to come and relax, and enjoy the complimentary food they have to offer. I only gave it 3 stars because a lot of the volunteers make your visit less than desirable; if you don't like it there don't volunteer it's that simple. God forbid I sit too close to my wife lol I know there is a strict no pda rule but come on we literally had about a foot in between us and we were not even touching They bark commands and are really quick to snap at you..not all of them are like that Phil is awesome!

O'HARE has two USOs, this is the one on the outside of TSA(zero terrorist caught to date) security. Staff is helpful and informative about the immediate area and airport information.

What can I say about this place? Only that my nephew just graduated basic training there. I picked him up and we went to Giordanos and had a deep dish pizza. Had to drop him back off by 8:30 curfew at the base. Lol

Awesome place for many opportunities to explore everything from ball games, job intervention, to live concerts offered to all military personnel and family members.
