One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The housekeeping crew does an amazing job at cleaning and making up the rooms each day. Beds are very comfortable, and the sitting areas in the rooms are nice and relaxing places to lounge. Overall and outstanding place to stay.

This Best Western hotel will receive 10stars from me if it was an option. Customer service was extraordinary. The lobby, hallways, and even the room was very clean and smelled good. I would recommend this Best Western to anyone.

We gave our daughters wedding up in Antioch,Illinois and the Best Western was so helpful with rooms for our guests. We had a welcome party on Friday night that was going to be on the patio but because of the rainy weather they moved it into the breakfast room. On Saturday after the wedding we went back to the hotel and the brides were able to spend a little more time with their guests in the bar. Then Sunday morning we had a delicious breakfast and coffee with some of our guests before they headed out the door for their homes. Thank you so much you really helped our families dreams come true!

It was a great place to stay! The staff was very accomidating, and helpful! They knew the area well, and just over all were awesome! The room was clean, the breakfast was awesome! It was a great stay!

GREAT STAFF & HOTEL
My girlfriends and I stayed here we went boating and the staff was very nice and helpful. Clean hotel actually beautiful and the beds were comfy I wish I could take the pillows LOL just kidding!! Kim at the front desk was always happy and helpful! Our new home when we come up!

Clean and comfortable, good location. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff made sure our room was perfect every time. The breakfast was better than some restaurants I've eaten in. No complaints whatsoever. Management, take note of your fantastic staff. They're the ones responsible for this glowing review.

The Best Western Plus in Antioch was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast had a wide selection to choose from, also.

Excellent stay! Richard was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and the hot tub are very nice and updated. The breakfast was very good and had good variety. Definitely recommended​!

Very nice hotel. Bug swimming pool, good amenities, friendly staff, nice breakfast, bar in the hotel, easy access to restaurants and shops around the area. Will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I absolutely love this hotel. We live about an hr away in Wisconsin. When we just need a night away, this is our go to place. The customer service is exceptional. We enjoy the lounge and pool area. It's very quiet and clean.
