I had a black cat named charcoal. He was the sweetest thing ever. He suddenly fell very ill and had fluid filling his lungs. I set up an appointment at another vet for the next day. Later that night I checked on him and just knew he wouldn't make it till morning. I searched and found this vet and called her emergency number at about 10 pm. She sounded like she could care less about him and showed no interest in leaving her house so late. She refused to help him after I pleaded with her. I soon gave up and searched elsewhere with no luck. I stayed up all night with my baby in my arms. At about 430 am he started gasping and took his final breath. I WILL NEVER GO HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE LADY TO CARE FOR ANY ANIMAL WHATSOEVER. My family who does go here on occasions will never go to her ever again. Her carelessness and lack of compassion Is disgusting. My baby suffered all night beacause of her. He was a big part of my family and a loving critter that can never be replaced.
