I was about to give up and have my baby girl put down because I couldnt find a vet to do a surgery that would save her due to it being a holiday weekend and a Saturday on top of it. I called sigler as a last ditch effort to keep my family whole. They told me that they would do it. And just like that my princess got a chance to live when all the other vets told me " no I'm sorry we cant do it. The right thing to do was put her down" but not sigler he saved my baby and I will be forever thankful to them all. Me two year old cat will now live another day.

Took my dog there because she was limping seigler said she was fine nothing was broken. 3 weeks later I took her to another vet they said her elbow was broken and needed surgery. This guy is a complete quack who needs his license revoked. My dog had a broken bone for 3 weeks because he has no idea what he is doing. Never take one of your animals there if you love them. Time for this idiot to retire

My dog has heart worms and they gave me a preventive to exterminate the heart worms. Enough said. I can't trust them any longer. Never have I taken my dog there and has real results. My new vet explains to me how every medication works and where the next step is at to his recovery. I give two stars because the people there seem fairly nice, they just need to communicate more effectively and be sure that new doctors are making the correct prescriptions.

Took my dog here to be euthanized this am. The actual procedure was quick and peaceful. The staff who greeted us was sweet and very compassionate. The doctor however, ZERO compassion and bedside manner. He didn't even introduce himself. He walked in, asked me to step aside so he could given my dog 2 injections and said he would be back in ten min. He came back, asked me to move out of his way, placed the IV and then gave my dog the final medication. He waited a minute, listened and said "I don't hear a heartbeat." ZERO bedside manner. Never apologized, never explained what he was doing. The price of the procedure was fairly inexpensive for the area however, you get what you pay for. This made the trauma from losing our sweet dog that much worse. NEVER again.

We have been coming to Sigler for over 8 years now and have never had a problem. The staff are always courteous and polite and they treat the animals well. Their prices seem reasonable, but I do wish they did not charge an extra fee for bringing in a pet without an appointment for an emergency visit. Other than that I have no complaints with them.
Others have mentioned the place is dirty, that has not been my experience. Sure there has been some hair on the floor of the waiting room, but that is to be expected with animals coming in and out all day. The exam rooms have always been clean.
We moved away from Firestone Park years ago but still come back to Sigler even though it is not the closest to us anymore because of their service and caring.

I have had my dog at other vets, he was losing his hair and looked terrible. I was suggested to come here. They ran tests and figured it out. Today, he was attacked by another dog, they took him right in.

I don't know anything about the other reviews but when it was time to have my 20 year cat put down, they were (on the phone & in person) the most compassionate, kindest, least expensive and the quickest to get in. They did a thorough end-of-life exam, asked the right questions and took great care to send my cat on very gently & peaceably. Remember also that they were the ones who treated the handicapped girl's service dog for free (that was hit purposely by a ***bag on a bike in Goodyear Park) when the story appeared in the news because the girl couldn't afford a vet bill. I hope donations came in later but this is an act of a business that cares about animals (and people) first. I wouldn't hesitate to have any routine vet work done there.
