I have been a client of this veterinary practice since 1994 when they were in their original Loveland location. When the founder, Dr. Keith Murrell, retired I was heartbroken and convinced there could never be another vet with his loving demeanor, ready smile, kindness, compassion and most importantly his genuine concern for my pets' heath and well being. Well, I was wrong. Dr. Zilli was the perfect choice to follow in his footsteps. She loves both my cats and my dog and I couldn't be happier. She never seems rushed, and always has time to answer questions. The office staff is just as kind and considerate and the techs are absolutely wonderful. The phone is answered in a timely manner, they have meds and treats ready when they say they will, work with my challenging schedule, know who I am when I call, and are always ( and I mean always ) pleasant and friendly. Dr.Zilli is gentle and soft spoken with my pets, was compassionate and empathetic through two kitty terminal illnesses, had solid advice about cancer treatment, is a truly gifted surgeon and I just love her! They put together a package with all my pets needs when our home had a serious fire, at no charge! YOU & YOUR PETS WILL LOVE THEM!

Dr. Zilli is the best. She really cares about our dogs' health and is always knowledgeable when we have questions. 5 stars for her.
We did experience a lack of followup with the office regarding scheduling an appointment after emailing them pertinent information. However, this was an exception outside our normal experience with them.

This vet clinic has gone through a few primary veterinarians. Currently Dr. Baum runs the show, and he's pretty good.

There have been others that seemed to be bent on selling procedures, food, supplements, and treatments as though you were a mark at Best Buy or some other commissioned sales store.
