Hands down the best selection and best service for a new fireplace! I purchased two new gas fireplace inserts (upstairs and downstairs) for my home from wonderful sales reps. I received price quotes from half a dozen vendors and Maple Mtn Fireplaces had the best price on every comparable model. I decided to go with Maple Mtn and was not disappointed in the least. They had the best installers who took their time to carefully and methodically run gas lines and make sure the fireplaces looked and worked absolutely perfect. The nailed it! Thank you Maple Mtn Fireplaces for all of your help and fantastic service!!!

We got our Maple Mtn Fireplace installed on 10/31/17. We checked around with many fireplace dealers in the valley and settled on Maple Mtn. They answered all our questions, gave us fair pricing and wasn't "pushy". . Brandon was the employee that did the installation. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He was very knowledgeable, very personable, very customer service oriented, and very accommodating. We had to have some customizing done with the fireplace front in order to install it. Brandon cut down the face and it fit perfectly and looked like it had been custom made. Installing the gas line was no easy feat, but Brandon made it look like it was. As the installation proceeded, Brandon always made sure we were comfortable with what he was doing and that all our questions were answered. Yes, if I could give Brandon 10 stars, I would. He was that good.

Our gas fireplace had been going on and off, so I checked google for reviews and called Maple Mountain Fireplaces because of the great reviews. Their repair man (I forget his name!), has been fixing fireplaces for 26 years, and it showed! He pointed out several things I can do to keep my fireplace up to date and clean. He was here on time, cleaned out the whole system and had it working in an hour. I was very happy with their great service, especially from the technician who came to the house. I would highly recommend them for any repairs that are needed. Thanks for being a great company to work with!

We recently purchased a home which had two gas fireplaces. We did not know much more about how to work them either than flip the switch, get fire. We decided to roll the dice with Maple Mountain Fireplace since their pricing seemed fair to my preconceived notions. I was a little worried due to a few of the negative reviews on here but I quickly found out that those reviews were in regards to a previous owner.

Maple Mountain not only gave us a fair price, they showed up on time, spent a few hours tearing both of the fireplaces down to clean it top to bottom (included painting it black again), cleaned the glass and put everything back together. One fireplace was having lighting issues and required a few parts which were on the truck. He was able to get it up and running in no time (and the parts were relatively inexpensive). They look brand new!

I am beyond pleased with their service, pricing and attentiveness to me. They truly made us feel like we were their only customers in the world. I highly recommend them. They earned a customer for life.
