This place has the best steak that I have had in the area. Everything that I have tasted on the menu was top notch. My only gripe was that my server rushed us out to Get the next group to sit down. Food was so great that I still will give the five stars for quality.

Great food great service. We got there about 5:45pm on a Sunday. There place was busy, but only had a 15 minute wait. Our waiter was quick to get our drink order and ask if we we're ready to order. We took a few minutes to look over the menu, which is extensive. Our waiter came as soon as I let him know we were ready to order, ( I am sorry I forgot his name, my fault not his he was great ). You get a big bowl of salad and rolls while you wait for main meal. Both mine and my mother's steaks we're done just right, medium well and really tender. I was in the area visiting so it was my first time going here, if I lived in the area Manny's would be a favorite place to have dinner. Evan as busy as they were, service, and food did not suffer. Thanks for an enjoyable dinner.

We usually have no complaints on Manny's in Lake Wales. But tonight the steak was a bit tough and the prime rib was not as tender as usual. We noticed that the place was not as crowded as usual. It's been awhile since we have been there and was wondering if maybe the food not being up to par might be the reason the place was not as busy.

A very eclectic, low frills, but high quality steakhouse. Right on highway 60, easy to find, it is the kind of place you drive by dozens of times but never think to stop in. Do yourself a favor and drop in. The decor is kind of route 66 diner meets cliche Americana. I ordered the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly to order. No craft beers, but a full bar otherwise. I'll be coming back for sure.

My husband and I love Manny's! Yes it is crowded at times but always worth the wait. That is proof of its popularity. There is something for everyone. Their early birds are very good. Their endless salad bar and awesome burgers always satisfy. Try them, you'll like them.

At the beginning I had to send my plate back because of a hair. However, appetizers, food, giant deserts were delicious. The place is comfortable not dressy and with a lot of character.

When one walks into the restroom and it smells horrible and 2 out of three toilets are "Out of Order" it makes one very concerned about eating here. The server was great and everyone enjoyed their food. Thankful for that. Get a good plumber in there.

Excellent waitress. Prime rib tender, but lacked seasoning. Could barely tast the garlic in the garlic mashed potatoes. Place could use a good cleaning - a lot of dust on the decor, especially the hubcaps above the tables.

Excellent! We always stop in when we are in this area. Steaks, salad, seafood.its our go to for dinner. We really enjoyed our meals and the service is great.

We met some friends there that we had not seen in 16 years. The waitress was very patient with us while we talked. We ordered a variety of items and everything was excellent. I called ahead and got on the waiting list and I'm glad I did. There was a line out the door when they opened at 4 pm. We walked right in and was seated. Good food, good friends and good atmosphere made it a great evening. The twofer happy hour didn't hurt either. I totally recommend Manny's.

I read that one customer loved coconut crusted shrimp. I used to be a regular but they removed their baked crab stuffed shrimp. I get gift cards each year & give them to a family member. I don't eat steak. The crab stuffed shrimp was the best I've ever had however they discontinued that meal for some reason?
The area needs more chain like restaurants! Of course they get high marks if you live in the area that are the only game in town!

Drove through Lake Wales yesterday 3/4/2017 and stopped in at about 4 o'clock to have a bite to eat. Our waitress came and took our order. While waiting for it to be served I went to the ladies room. After washing and drying my hands out of the toilet area comes our waitress and she follows me out of the bathroom to the dining room without washing her hands. I am not going to give her name as I do not want to embarrass her but I think management is responsible to relay messages relating to cleanliness and appropriate service behavior. My suggestion is that there should be a service sink outside the restroom with sanitizing soap so that there is no excuse for a service person touching food and plates to do so with dirty hands.no excuse!

The food was very good, and I'm super picky about steak. Both of our waitresses were nice, one of them was training and was quick to acknowledge me when she saw I was looking for her. Love the yeast rolls and the salad was good, but had quite a bit of dressing. The only bad thing that happened was while waiting we were going to order onion rings. They didn't tell us they were out for about 10 min, but even the bartender felt bad about it. Wasn't a big deal though, as the portions are large. Even on a Monday at 7:00 the wait was 40 min. They offer call ahead which we'll do next time. It reminded me a lot of Cody's but the food was WAY better. It's a bit loud in there, but that was fine, it's not like it's a romantic place. Will be back again!
