Check out Sundance Village in Lakeland or Greenbriar Village, nice family parks that will move your house for FREE! If you want the contact names , IM me ! You own your house , they may tell you you can't pull yours out , its not true !

  Nice friendly place to live. Management needs refresher course on customer service and welcoming practices. Two pools, playground and neighborhood​ watch make it a safe family inviornment.

  Reconsider! Biggest mistake I've ever made. Yeah it looks nice on the outside but management has alot to be desired. They are nice at first but believe me you will feel regret later

  High lot rent. Homes run in the 30,000 range. Monthly lot rent was quoted at over 500 a month. Park is quiet. You must pass background check. We did not by a home there. The homes need lots of work.

  It's ok, I've just bought a home here and only been Ino the community a few months but it's pretty dirty at times, no one picks up there dog poop, the trash site gets pretty gross of error the weekends I even had a wild animal jump out at me when I went to drop off my garbage. The staff definitely plays favorites with some of its homeowners and the rules only apply to some people. It's a shame it really is a pretty place, the grounds keepers really try.

  The grounds are kept meticulous,, Pedaler's Pond employees are friendly and very helpful. It's a safe, peaceful living environment. I can't think of a better place to call home.

  We love the home and the environment. It is a wonderful community to live in. The only downfall is the substantial lot rent increase every year. I don't understand why the lot rent has to go up so much ever year when other mobile home parks in our area only go up by $4 or $5.
