Been here for two years, and only still here because we can't seem to escape. The office is on it when it comes to them needing anything from you, but when YOU need something, nothing gets done. We still haven't had anything fixed since hurricane Irma. It's December. We've also had maintenance men who didn't fix things and say they were fixed. One even dropped the heavy piece from a towel rack onto the toilet, which broke the tank cover, and it was never fixed. Our washer has broken 4-5 times, same thing over and over again but it won't be replaced. Water damage was painted over by the maintenance crew and said to be "fixed." It's like pulling teeth to have anything done, so much so that we fix our own stuff now. It's not worth dealing with them.
Thank you very much for resolving this for my Mom, it helped her and made her day.. Much appreciated. I know my father would be happy too. Happy Holidays to you all.
If you have to use laundry facilities be prepared for majority of washer and dryers not to work. It's been almost a month since hurricane Irma and no one has been out to inspect the water damage in our ceiling after making 2 calls to the office. We were told it wasn't a priority but anyone who lives in Florida knows that turns into mold. They also haven't fixed our partion on our deck that broke from the storm or any of the boards on patios for others that live around us. When trash is picked up if anything busts they don't clean it up so if you walk your dog you either have to walk thru or around other people's trash. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here.
I do love my apartment but with that said I’m getting extremely upset. I complained about my second bathroom (my sons bathroom he’s 2 years old btw) having mold. You can smell it when you walk in. I complained about it when I first moved in back in July. Not a single thing has been done. And today while starting the bath for my son the bath racks literally just gave way from the wall and the ceramic piece hit my head!!! To top it off my roof has water damage just in my sons room. And nothing has been done with that either. Let’s hope I’m not seriously hurt. That could of been my son standing there when that gave way
If you rent an apartment here make sure it is in phase 1! Phase 2 is a disaster area. No maintenance or up keep what so ever! The day after hurricane Irma phase 1 has virtually no damage compared to phase 2 which has tons of exterior and interior damage. Not Carlton Arms fault but we also no power in phase 2. The stand up thing to do would have been to open the front club house for people to COOL off and charge their phones and devices. Did they? NO! Way to go Kathy!
They don't allow zero stars so 1 it is. If you like privacy keep looking. Their idea of "emergency maintenance" so no written notice is needed is broken blinds. They literally walked into my house when wife was naked inside to replace blinds. Meanwhile countless other apartments have broken blinds that haven't been fixed eitherIf you are looking for a nice place to live, keep looking
I have been here 3 months now and I love it here
I love quietness, when something break they repair quick. Ashley in office is most pleasant and very easy to talk to. Just got my carpet clean it came out wonderful thank u Art. And Liz work with u. I been here 3 yrs. Wouldnt change it.
Safe, clean, and beautiful environment. Maintenance is on top of things. The two pools are nice and rarely crowded. Apartments are clean. Office staff is usually nice and helpful. Only drawback is rent increases yearly.
OUTSTANDING!!! Excellent pricing. Well maintained. Very professional and friendly staff.
