This is my favorite Harley store of them all.
Why is that? All dealerships carry pretty much the same merchandise, some more than others, but the big, noticeable difference here, comes from the staff.
It starts at the top and flows down hill to all of the employees, and they all seem to get it.
Everyone is committed to making your visit a success. If you don't buy from them, it's your falt, because they will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs and desires.
I absolutely love this place and you will too, just stop in, you'll see for yourself.
Blessings upon blessings to everyone there.

Disappointing effort for a Harley store. Salesman are just plain weird with no social ability to interact. Merchandise selection is poor with hardly anything compared to real Harley dealership. My brother ended up buying a Street Glide in Brandon instead due to the fact the salesman was hitting him with stupid numbers. He had him above MSRP and even tried to hit him with an extra 500 dollars dealership fee.

Granted there is some "prep" required to put the bike on the floor. But while shipping is a legitimate cost the Dealer passes on, the prep is prepaid on the invoice, ( a discount,) and is called "holdback" which pays the Dealer for prepping.

So when they charge you for it, it's pure rip off as they've already been paid to do it with their holdback discount. 3 grand c

My brother got the exact same bike 3 grand cheaper in Brandon.

This store needs to change their staff before they drive everyone away that hasn't already been. So much potential why waste it? Get salesman that are maybe a little customer care and customer service minded with customer relations and communication ability that also have a personality related to sales.

Men loves Hooters because of the girls working there. We all know what guys are like. See a babe and they are drawn. This place needs some better looking biker chicks to get guys in there. This store needs a little TLC and it will be rocking.

This our local Harley shop and I wonder how seriously they take what they do. We have been in to look for motor clothes, sunglasses and stuff that is a major profit center in most of the Harley stores we've ever visited, but not these folks. Most Harley dealerships that we've visited throughout the country are overflowing with merchandise, but not these folks I can't count the number of times that we are told that they are waiting for an order; or just about to place an order, of just sold out of that item. They usually don't have much selection. Most disappointing. And the Christmas buying season is right around the corner.

My friends have purchased new bikes from them over the last few years and have them serviced elsewhere as soon as the warranty period is over and that's a sign of a not so good service department. I've never had our old Harleys worked on at this shop, but I've had a run in with the parts department a few years ago over a special order paint and it was a cluster trying to get them to make it right. We wish they'd try harder and get with the program.

Good bike service except I found some wire connection hanging loose behind my air cleaner; grrrr. I wanted some paint blemishes buffed out, but not only did they not make any progress with that, they didn't tell me until I was there to pick up the bike. They missed the opportunity to have me pay for and replace the entire part; grrrr.

The service department here and their sister store in Sarasota always disappoint me. I call them the "oops" department. Nice people but poor customer service skills. Today just adds to the list. I ordered new tires last Saturday. "It takes a couple of days to get them so we'll schedule your installation for Thursday to be safe. We'll call you if there's a problem or the tires don't show up." So here I amsigned insat inside to catch up on some paperwork. 15 minutes later"I have some bad news, the tires aren't here yet."
The bottom line now, as has always been the case, is that there's little regard for my time. Just bring it back as if I'm not doing anything better. I should have known this would happen, so I guess it's really my fault.
I returned Saturday morning as scheduled for new tires. While wandering the sales floor, I was approached by Rick the service manager. They ordered the wrong back tire Now he knows this has been botched up really well. Rick says " pick out any of our rental bikes to take today. We'll get the right tire as soon as we can but you can ride our bike on us until we get this right".
Nice recovery, Rick! There are clearly issues there but my bike is now in good shape and I at least feel like he wants to do better. I hope the management makes some effort to train people on the importance of getting it right the first time.

At first glance they had an ok selection of womens clothes but as i started to look closer they has sizes XS, S or XXL. They need to update sizes in between. I buy at every store but it didnt happen at this store. The help was behind the counter talking about personal things and normally that wouldnt bother me but F this and F that shouldnt be heard as often as it was today.

Our son was crying (not touching anything or messing with anything) and a rude female employee asked us to leave. Heaven forbid she was even remotely polite or friendly. Needless to say we will buy our parts for our Harley somewhere else. She's very bad for business.

Best place we found for renting a bike for a week long trip. Leonard Forister was very helpful. See you next year!
