  I want to really thank Kim Durham my realtor from this agency! Kim did an amazing job walking me through my home buying process from start to finish. My family is all moved into our new home finally and as I look around I am so thankful daily! I was able to get our BEAUTIFUL waterfront home for less than my budget but well above my expectations!! Thank you so much! I defiantly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a new home.

  I stayed in one of Manasota Key Realty's rental units with my wife the night of our wedding in April 2017 and had an excellent experience! The unit was very clean, comfortable and had more than enough room for us. We were right on the water and took a walk on the beach the morning after, a great way to start off as newlyweds. The staff was friendly and accommodating, highly recommend renting with them!

  Wanted a little family get away in the Englewood area, we used Manasota Realty, Inc. to help find us the perfect beach house! We had an amazing time in a beautiful house. Would definitely use Manasota Key Realty for our next stay!

  Warning!!!!!! If you want to show up for your 2 wk vacation -----without notification owners children have arrived before you and told "oh I am sorry."..well you can go home" ..do not consider this place for your vacation rental needsrented Gulf front beach home they kept the deposit for whole year to secure for next yr.owners kids there when we got there. Went to office where they tried to accommodate us with pool home couple nights then had to pack up everything incl. groceries and move all our stuff move to beach cottage maybe 800 sq ft.. What a nightmare!!!!!!! Waited around an hour while we were waiting for cleaning servicesa jokeI cleaned and bleached everything when I got in there.. immediately started making calls and found another home for this year through VRBOhad a contract waiting when return home as promised. I will never EVER use these people.hear the warning!!!
