Met some new life long friends and for that reason we would return again. Venice is a nice small town with plenty to do near by and is also known as the shark tooth capital of the world. Some of the villas have wifi and some do not. The pool is nice but not heated and was unusable the entire 6 wks we were there (Jan-Feb).

A wonderful place to spend the winter months. I really have enjoyed being there. And I have made life long friends there. The same people come back year after year. That says lot about the place. Units are clean, very nice. The only place on the island with an Olympic size pool. And it's right on the beach!!!!

Great place to kick back and relax. Am at a poolside unit and the beach is at other end of property.

Nice tucked in place right on the Gulf. The condos are very small, but you can't beat the location!
