  If you are looking for a rat infested home, then this is your company !!
  Quick summaryrat spotted outside twice final night of stay, there were 5 rat droppings found in a bathroom.family needed to relocate left the next morning, and because I didn't advise them of this problem while there, they refuse to many any compensations !!! Really?? I have been a loyal renter of 4 years, and yet this is their treatment? This home, Islamorada, was in need of some TLC, with broken pool tiles etc. All could have been overlooked, but RATS IN THE HOME??? I am continuing to pursue compensation, as dealing with Kim Segree, Guest Service Coordinator has been of no avail.

  I absolutely love staying with Resort Vacation Properties. I have been for the past ten years, since I was two. I always visit St. George Island for summer vacation, and RSVP has made it even better. Thanks so much guys!

  Love them we have been renting here for more than 15 years. I do appreciate that all the fees are included in the up front price. . And of course St George Island is my families favorite and never disappoints
