I used MSM to install a new boiler and to run a gas line to a pool heater. I am very happy with service received. Eric and his team did a great job explaining the scope of the work, the timing of the project, and the cost. We first were introduced to main stream mechanical in 2008. They had installed havoc and plumbing in our new home. They took the time to review how our new systems worked. Then when we moved, we needed new A/C installed. They were timely, communicated well throughout the process, and price was competive.

My husband and I have been using Mainstream Mechanical for all of our plumbing issues in two different houses for the past 2 years. They're amazing - on time, knowledgeable, and honest. They never try to overcharge or try to replace things that aren't broken just to build up the price (which I've seen others do). I trust them whenever they do a job and they always do it correctly with no other issues after they're gone. The men that I've met from this company are also very kind and will explain exactly what they do and what the issue was. Everyone here is fantastic and I would never dream of using anyone else for the issues in my home. They also service a large distance of MA! They're not just local to Amesbury! I just had someone come to my home in Groton to fix my kitchen sink that started gushing water on Easter. I recommend them to everyone.
