I am a huge fan of Gary Hoey, I had front row table. When I bought the tickets I was never told it included a meet and greet. Then a woman nate Kathy approached me and said go get your passes at the box office, and I'll meet you here. She never came back . I paid for something I did not receive. She could of at least came back and appologized, but she choose to hide. Probably won't go back to this venue again.

Amazing intimate venue. I have been to many concerts and it was nice to be in such a small intimate venue where the acoustics were awesome. We saw Thompson Square from the second row of tables. Amazing view. I felt the wait staff was great but the food was pretty bad, although it was in my opinion reasonably priced. $2 for a bottle of water isn’t ideal but this is a concert venue. Many others are way worse.

The following is the email I sent to the sales person .
Marsha,
Thank you for taken time out of your busy schedule to show us your Venue . At this time we are considering several other Venues and have yet to make a decision.
With respects to your facilities , the view certainly was the highlight , but think at night the view would be diminished . The size of the room certainly was spacious and elegant .
Dance floor option was unclear as you were unable to provide dimension as requested . Which for us is a huge factor .
Your overall food prices were good in compared to other venues , but in the scope of things the price reduction was shifted to the difference requiring a min food purchase , which is clearly tailored to bigger parties and disrespectfully on smaller ones .
Cust service and interaction with guest is also huge with us , that in it self can justify paying more for a venue , unfortunately felt focus was money related more so then the event and almost to a point felt total disrespect. Iam sure that wasn't intent but it is what it is .
You mention you will sell out and have no problems selling out and for that iam happy that your business is thriving .

Great place to see a concert. I've also played here and they treat the bands well. Great atmosphere. Really nice view of the ocean.

An awesome venue to see a show. You are up close and personal with the artist. And you're literally right on the ocean. And when the tide comes in you are over the ocean. Quick efficient bar staff. Only two complaints are the inclusion of a pizza bar where only one pizza at a time is being brought out , and placing of the merch table right at the entrance as it creates gridlock.

Great music venue. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else first though. The food is very sub par. Also they won't even give you a cup of water, only sell you a bottle.

I want to give them five stars - beautiful location, spacious room with excellent sight lines to the stage, balanced acoustics, decent enough table service throughout the shows. They lose a couple points for having a weak beer and wine list, and for rather slow refills on water. But no question, I'd love to catch a few more shows at this place. Highly recommended.
