  We ordered mattresses at Bernie and Phyls we told next day delivery and given a 6 hr window. Three hours in I called to see if the delivery was close or not and was told it was cancelled “not in stock, sorry”. Since it was Memorial Day weekend we would have to wait 3 extra days. We already got rid of our beds I was not using a sleeping bag for the next 3 days and working 10 hr shifts. We drove to Mattress Firm in Plaistow and they had a very similar mattress for my son in fact more comfortable and the same mattress for my husband and me. Next day delivery no problem even though the had a mass shipment for college dorms I was given the red carpet treatment. The next day I was given a phone call telling me within 30mins and they were there. Thank You Mattress Firm!!!! It’s now November and we are loving our beds and rest. I wanted to wait just in case the mattresses were not comfortable but they are. Thank You for doing your job.

  The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable about the different kinds of mattresses. He showed us several options in order to discern our comfort level then gave up options in our price range. The store was clean and welcoming without being overbearing. We were given time to test beds and discuss without the salesperson near us which was great. The checkout process was easy and fast and we would recommend this store to others.

  I came to Mattress Firm in Plaistow to buy my first mattress ever as all my others had been hand-me-downs. Robert was wonderful throughout the whole process and was very personable. He made sure you get me the best deals possible and within 45 minutes I was leaving the store as a satisfied customer. ☺️

  I've been putting off buying a mattress for a while. I decided to stop in and Les was great! He made the whole experience painless and fun. He always made sure to go over the pros and cons of each mattress I was interested in and made sure I got the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

  Stopped in for a mattress and was greeted by Lynn couldn't have had a better experience! She was incredibly patient and had all of the right answers to our questions. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you're in need of a new mattress.

  I went to matressfirm looking for a queen size matress and they treated me like a king! I had no idea what I wanted but the lady there help me find a matress comfortable enough for my disability. There was a president's day sale going on so I saved $100! Matressfirm sells high quality matress at affordable prices. Do not spend money online looking for used bs when you can get good quality at matessfirm.
