Manager and staff are very nice, always a fun time playing the games. Went for Halloween, family dressed up in costume. We arrived a few hours after the costume contest. Manager loved their suit so much he said, "Should have been there for the contest, you would have won." On the way out, he gave them a 25 dollar game card. Will always come back with nice staff like this.

A fun place for family and friends. Only if children are ages 8 and up. Not really a place for any younger. Great food and games. A place we will go back to. Would have been five stars had been a little bit lower prices.

Literally the worst Main Event I've ever been to.
Servers are sparse, so I feel some remorse for them. We see the waitress about every 30 minutes which is understandable since she's the only waitress for all the lanes. There are tons of teenagers walking around with headsets on, but none stopped to check if we needed anything. Every time one person in our party of 6 needed food or a drink, we would have to stand in the middle of the isle in hopes that we could flag down someone to assist without them essentially running past us. If we could, indeed, get the attention of one, it seemed like a huge inconvenience to get on their headset and call the server.

With about 6 or more lanes open, a party of 8 (4 of which being children) were sat directly beside us. We're all parents, so the fact that the kids were there wasn't the problem. It's that they shoved us all in one section when there were clearly plenty of open lanes. When we approached the manager and explained the situation, he promptly cut me off and said 'so you wanna move or what?' Ended up moving so that situation was fixed thanks to our actions.

We've been here once about 6 months ago for a child's birthday. Came back for another birthday today in hopes that thing had improved, but of course they haven't. Most likely won't come here again. I'd rather drive a few more minutes and get better service. Goodbye to my wasted $200.

Side note: Bartenders were good. Drinks tasted awesome. Do yourself a favor and go to a respected bar. This place sucks.

This place is beat. There is trash everywhere on the ground when you walk in, people hog the pool tables which is the main reason we came. So we played in the arcade which we came to find out that half of the games are broken or didn't work so we had to tell workers! Talk about a waste of 100+ dollars, drinks were high priced as well. I do not recommend coming here for any type of fun event. Might as well of torched my 120ish dollars with a lighter.

So after reading a bunch of reviews, and with a few negative,we decided to make the trek from Waco and check it out. First off we got there early on a Sunday around 10 am and were able to get the all day fun pass for $12.95 a person. Bowled one game, with shoe rental extra. Also played a couple of games of pool, and got in a game of laser tag(cool arena!). We also dropped about $50 on arcade games, and there was a great selection of games, some that I've never seen before Selection was impressive. All in all had a great time, people were friendly, place was pretty clean, and we got there early enough to not have to battle any crowds. Only complaint was the selection of pool sticks. Some were cracked, most were warped. Not a deal breaker, but they did not match the look of the place. Very up to date interior, with a cool sports bar feel. We'll definitely come back. Not sure why so many people knocked this place. Maybe they're just glass half full kind of people. Oh well. Thanks Main Event!!!

    **Birthday Party Review**

The activities are great and fun for the kids. What makes the party stand out is your party host. Unfortunately our party host was sweet and very kind, just very shy and not outgoing at all. As advertised the host take care of everything and the parents can pretty much sit back and relax. Not really the case at all.

Disorganized- Every instance we were the ones directing guests showing up on what to do and making sure there names were placed for the bowling screen. Taking them up front to get their shoes. Taking presents back to the party room etc.

During the party room time, host had to leave the room lots of times due to not having certain items, like forks or a cake cutter, candles, or chairs, etc.

I don't blame it on the party host (she was a very kind, just shouldn't be doing parties), it just seems the overall birthday party area is disorganized. There really needs to be at least 2 people to host these parties, and better comunication with front desk/cashier area about what room or location the party is at during the party.

Overall decent, but just be ready to help out a lot if you have a party here.

Came here to play some games. First wanted to come here for some bowling, but that turned out to be a long wait and pretty expensive. We went ahead and got some food (for a package deal) and played some games. My group of friends and I ended up playing Laser Tag here as well. That was a decent experience.

Had a wonder time with the kids! Bought all 3 an "unlimited play" deal and we were not told at the beginning that the playing points did not count on an unlimited play card. So the manager gave all 3 kids a card with points on it so we could leave with a prize. Policy is policy and I respect that, so I was very pleased the manager still helped us out. High recommended!

I held my daughter's 4th Birthday party here and it went about as well as it could for 16 kids under 10 bowling, eating, and playing games. The souvenir bowling pin could have been better. They hand wrote her name and it rubbed off b4 we even got home!

Paid for pool at the bar, employee handed us a pencil to sign bill slip. Yes, I know, should have demanded a pen and got a copy of the receipt but people should be honest! One hour of pool cost us $26! Not cool! The rest of the place seemed clean and nice, but I'm leery of returning.
