Good experience, excellent food. Service friendly and accommodating.
Lechon(pork loin) with black beans and served with rice.The plantains and yuca was a nice treat. Black bean dip and chips were enjoyed by this writer!! Husband had fish tacos enjoying them with gusto.

Mauricio was by far the worst waiter I have ever had. The manager was so rude when he had a problem it did not get fixed. DO NOT COME HERE

My first time at Gloria's. I had a party of 7 and gratuity of 20% is required for party over 4. Well, I guess since our server, Nicholas, knew that, he was SO VERY SLOWI mean unbelievably slow.He took so long bring out our drinks and ran off before we could order an appetizer. 20 min later he came back asking if we were ready to order. In 20 min, the appetizers could've been outThere was no point in asking for anything because he'd disappear and never come back and then we'd randomly see him leaning against some wall. I really debated on fighting them over the $30 tip I had to give this young man who was unreasonably neglectful. Not sure how good the food was. Ruined my appetite. Slow, slow, slow service and unmemorable food. Will not be back.

I have been to glorias multiple times and enjoyed my experience. Yesterday I went with a party of 20 people for my sister's b day. 4 of us ended up getting food poisoning and becoming violently sick approximately 5 hours after leaving the establishment. I contacted the manager the next day to notify him of this incident. I spoke to an apathetic manager named Pedro who literally said "what do you want me to do?" I asked for a refund of me and my girlfriends meals (as we were two of the four that got sick). He refused to refund my meal and said that this does not concern him. I explained maybe he should look into it before other customers get sick, and he hung up the phone on me. The people that got sick walked in the restaurant from different areas of dfw feeling just fine and we're all violently sick with the same symptoms less than 5 hours later. I will never visit this establishment again and would like to warn anyone that does you maybe paying someone to poison you and ruin your evening, and in our case work the next day.

This location is really good and has great service. My one complaint is that their lighting is too low. Its nice for ambiance but we need to be able to see our food.
