Literally the worst hospital in the land. Unless you are dying, go somewhere else. Even Wal-Mart is better than this place.

Was taken to Port Clinton Magruder by Erie Twp. Squad with broken hip . Deputy and squad could not have been better . Knew there Business . Spent two nights in Port Clinton McGruder Hospital. My treatment was way above any level of expectation . Courteous, professional and bent over backwards to help. This level of treatment was extended round the clock. Doctors were all very informative and did a wonderful job. I honestly Cannot think of one thing that could have been improved upon. Food was excellent. What a blessing they all were ! Thank You So much Magruder ! And NO I have no relatives working there.. This is all factual .

Went for extreme sciatic pain. There for about two and a half hours. Was given a shot and some meds that did nothing! Then literally pushed out the door in nearly the same pain I went there with. I felt like they wanted to get rid of me so they could do lunch. Not impressed at all!

My family and I are vacationing near marblehead. My daughter woke up extremely sick in the middle of the night vomiting and a fever. We took her to the emergency room and the doctor on call was amazing! Very kind nursing staff and everyone was there to help and make sure we had a great experience. The doctor contacted an additional specialist to follow up on my daughters sickness. This was an amazing experience and we were well taken care of!

I went to the er for an allergic reaction, when I was brought back the nurse was cussing every other word that she said. After we got to the room she didn't know how to do anything or use any of the systems. She eventually got the Dr in and he kept asking the same exact question over and over again, after about 15 minutes of that I just left. Worst hospital I have ever been to. I do not recommend going there for any reason

Night staff of ER is absolutely wonderful. Very through with treating my 3 month old that had influenza A. Dr Omley is the best!

Chronic migraines are unimaginable and so I ended up visiting the ER. The guy I saw (I believe he was a PA), was an absolute jerk! Don't ask the patient what works for them and then pretty much call them a drug addict! I think I know what works for me, after having migraines for a over a decade! If I had been a patient visiting every day or very frequently, then that's understandable, but how dare you treat me like that! I left feeling miserable, crying, and still had my migraine! I refuse to let anyone treat me that way! Thanks for nothing!

We are RVers traveling through the state. We were staying at a campground near Port Clinton when my husband began having some serious problems and had to be rushed to the ER. I am a retired RN so I tend to look at things from a different perspective. I cannot say enough good things about the care my husband received. He was assessed quickly, treated, and transferred to a hospital able to handle his needs in a timely manner. Everyone-the admissions clerk, his nurse, and the physician- were professional, caring, and compassionate. Thank you!
