my name is Bruce White I went to alliance hospital I was passing kidney stones all day takes me 45 minutes to piss and I'm in a lot of pain well the hospital took a cat scan and piss test and send me home with ultral /tramadol 50 mg which the pain I'm in I may as well just take a aspirin and drink a lot of water for what they gave me I normally wouldn't say nothing about it but I'm in a lot of pain.

And back in April 2015 I went to alliance ER because I knew I had hernias. But they passed it as E-coli, and then I went to my primary doctor and I told her I had hernias. And she sent me to Dr. Black a urologist on sawberg here in alliance. When I went to him all he did was put a camera on my pee hole and was very disrespectful to me. He never told me I had hernias. So I went to my primary doctor again ands set me up with doctor Lohr in Canton. And when I went to him, he looked at my paperwork and told me I had hernias. I needed emergency surgery because my Four hernias had gangrene in them. So you tell me why alliance hospital can diagnose you with the wrong thing? And get away with it? I normally go to the hospital and tell them I don't need pain medications, but when I do need them they won't give me any. But if they have the same people come in every week and get pain pills after pain pills when they don't need them anyways. But if they can treat patients this way then why are they still in business. Because they need to be shut down.!

I work there. It's an ok hospital. However, I've heard nurses and doctors talking badly about patients. It's quite ridiculous, you're a health care provider you're supposed to care about your patients, not talk bad about them. Not all nurses are bad but there's some who just don't care about you. I give 3 stars because it's a good place to work forjust the people suck.

Everytime I've had blood work done they have just jammed it on there and hit a nerve. Arm pain for a week everytime. Then when I went into labour they got mad at me. Like I'm supposed to be there don't get mad at me for having a baby. My bad you actually had to do something at 2 am.

I've seen 'them' twice (Grimes and his assistant) and can say he rarely speaks directly to the patient, he uses an assistant for communication. He does not greet you, and does not smile.

Oddly, he had me get undressed to test my knee reflexes, and I was wearing shorts!

At the end of the appointment, he ran out without a word, and the assistant gave me lab orders for tests I had just gave him the results for from my specialist.

I asked for a work slip as I had a bad cold, and she told me to just go back to work if I didn't have a fever. My co workers were not happy with this office visit, either!!! Don't see this doc, even if he's the only one available, like I did.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and with amenities. This rating is for the facility as a whole during my visit. Opinions or disagreements with the doctors surely goes somewhere else.

Great customer service. The staff of polite and friendly. The doctors are wonderful. It is a privilege to have this hospital in our community. We have been here for emergency services and we're also treated with kindness and the employees were efficient. It's a one stop for all. They offer a lab that draws your blood, offer ultrasounds for women and general ultrasounds, there is an ENT on staff and an urgent care in town. They also have a doctors office attached to the hospital that is located in the professional building. There is a wound care center, gift shop and medical supply store on the grounds.

The family health center is a joke. My daughter is having a baby and has something going on and no one is answering the phone to take her call and answer her questions or advise her if she should go to the ER. That whole facility should be investigated and or shut down. Straight up ghetto hospital.

Terrible experience. My dad and I went to get evaluated several days after a car accident when the pain became worse, to which I waited 7 hours for a doctor to lift my dad's arm, who was also in for the same thing, and say that we both had whiplash. No exams/X-Rays or anything, and all the gave me was ibuprofen, which I already told them didn't do anything for the pain.
