We have pretty much made this our office for illnesses because with our work hours it is hard to get into our primary physicians for our 6 yr old and ourselves. I cannot say enough positive things. We have never had a bad experience! We love the staff and doctors!

They told me it would be a 30 ish minute wait, which is fine but I wasn't seen until over an hour later. The receptionist is super unfriendly. I am here for a knee injury. When I was finally taken back, they said, "They told you we can't do x-rays here today, right?". Well no one had told me that. She said, she must have forgot at the front desk. I would not have waited knowing that they can't provide me with care that i might need. The doctor spent like 2 minutes with me and sent me away with medicine that I could get over the counter. Waste of time, will not be back.

spent 75$ copay and they told me to take Advil for a sore throat. Waste of my time and money . I've been sick for 3 days and counting and they told me to do what I have been doing. I would not consider this a "Doctor" or "nurse" by any means at all. Do not go here

I went there on the date of November 6,2017 Monday. I haven't been Dr in last 3 yrs.When I get sick,I get sick and I know how my body is,when I get medicine antibiotic I get better,Well guess what,these fools says I'm not sick enough for an antibiotic.Well I am ,and I'm so sick now,I'm wheezing and in bad shape,I told them I'm spitting up green mucus and coughing really bad,when u spit up green that means u have infection.U don't need a degree to figure this out.I think they got there degree out of a lucky charms cereal box.Alot of my family,friends and people in Sidney go there.Im letting everyone know my experience.When Dr told me he wasn't going give me medicine,I told him I need medicine so I can get on my feet to work.He told me I will give u a Dr note to be off work.That was only 2 days,He would not give me no more days than that.Im not better I'm worst.Hometown is a waste of your money.Your best bet is get a real Dr.,I know I did ,If u don't have a real Dr,All u need to do is call Wilson Health Hospital and they will set u up with a real Dr.,Hometown is not even worthy for a one star,but I had to put the one star,Also these guys are really not that friendly either.Thank u Crystal. 😁

I went to hometown urgent care when I noticed a rash on my sons feet and legs. I was worried and he had a fever but I didn't think that warranted an ER visit since it was a Sunday. Upon arrival the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. However, after a 45 minute wait in the waiting room we went back to wait another 15 minutes in the patient room. The Dr. finally came in and looked at my son for maybe 5 minutes and immediately diagnosed him with CHICKEN POX! So naturally I am freaking out. Later on that night I noticed a sore in his mouth and his constant irritability I decided to get a second opinion at the ER. I waited there for maybe 5 minutes before being seen. I explained to the CNP what happened at hometown and she was in shock. After looking at his entire body and noticing that the sores were also on his hands she diagnosed him with HAND FOOT AND MOUTH. Don't waste your time here, just go to the ER.

Stopped in while passing though traveling. Glad I did. Great staff that was all kind and showed concern for why I was in. Doctor was kind and had a good personality and willing to chat. He wasn't all business. He agreed with me (poison ivy) after taking a look and offered a shot to help accelerate the healing. Not that I will likely stop in here again but I lived close by, this would be a go to place for me and my family. Great experience!

Our visit was the worse and we wont be back as long as dr Ethan Hines is there! We went to a different urgent care the next day and they was pissed off he didnt give my children nor my husband antibiotics nor did he do a strep test! And on top of it he needs to learn how to explain stuff to his patients with more care! The way he explained about the virus was so heartless that i felt he didnt give to craps if my family lived or died from it! I dont want to hear your apologies! Oh and fyi this isnt the first time this has happened with him and my family! He miss diagnosed my husband several times and my dr. Had to prescribed him a different medicine that actually took care of his problems! I think that doctor needs to go back to school and needs to go find a heart for his patients instead of being rude and careless! Don't contact me instead work on getting a doctor who knows his stuff and who treats his patients with care over at that urgent care!

The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I've been here multiple times over the years for everything from a broken foot to the flu. The doctor translates the 'doctor lingo' into English you can understand. I like it here and I'll be back (when I most likely get injured again).
As for those people that don't like it, well, it's not a personal doctor's office - it's for walk-ins only, so of course if you come in during their busier hours it'll take some time to see you. And you can't make appointments but it's to be expected (you can't do that at other Urgent Care places either). First come, first served
Besides a few patient rooms, they also have their own x-ray machine to take x-rays and then send them to a radiologist for further study. If needed, they'll direct you to a specialist and help you out from there.response / report this review -

I think the dr is good here but they advertise 30 minutes or less. Been here 2 hours and I'm genuinely sick, still waiting on a swab, while they are busy doing physicals! I'm sick and I rant top go home and get in bed!!! Good news is I can here them talking about getting out of here by 7, so only an hour to go!

I wouldnt even give them 1 star but i had to, nothing urgent about the care given, ive been in the waiting room for 2 hrs. And the staff dont seem to care, shoulda went to wilson.

Came in to see the Dr. They got me in quickly and gave me a cotton swab test and a diagnosis for a Pharyngitis. He said I should be turning a corner to be better soon. I had been off work for three days and the discharge paper had one date on it. Work needed to see that I had been sick for three days. The Dr. told me these things typically last 7 to 10 days. (viral). I called back and they would not give me proof to give to my employer. The receptionist didn't want to fill out paperwork. I asked to speak the the Dr. and he either refused or she just never said anything to him at all. Not sure. I won't go back. I paid my $50 copay and my insurance picked up the rest.

The staff and Dr. were very friendly and helpful. I had to call after getting my prescription and they were very efficient at taking care of the side effects and prescribing something else. I also love the fact that I don't have to wait a few days to get in because it was a severe sinus infection and I was able to start treatment right away.
