We recently replaced all of the windows and patio door in our home. There were a few bumps in the road regarding scheduling of the project itself (I know there is a shortage of installers right now). Once we were finally able to get on the install calendar, it then turned out that the team wasn't able to come as scheduled. Waunakee pushed our install date back one day, but then sent two teams at once to ensure the job was still done on time. And now that the work is done, we are very pleased with the results! Our installers were professional, had fantastic attention to technical detail, and were even very considerate of our young children (who were very curious about what was going on). As a result, I give Waunakee Remodeling (the company) a 4-star review, and our installers (Damon, Josh, Dylan, and Nate) a 5-star review.

Waunakee Remodeling did a wonderful, quality job on our windows and front door. From sitting down with Mitch to lay out our vision to the quality, professional and friendly service provided by Dant and Hector during installation, we were so impressed. We would highly recommend their services and already met with them again to start planning our next project- they will be our go to for all remodeling projects in the future.

We had 5 windows replaced. Our installer was Devin he did a excellent job of installing the windows very detailed orientated.. He was pleasant to talk to and got the job done in a timely fashion considering he was working alone. Told him our next project would be a front door and Devin said " be sure to call when we were ready".

I would recommend Waunakee Remodeling to everyone. We love our windows and get a lot of compliments.

The Renewal by Anderson window products are high quality and great value. The Waunakee crew was prompt, courteous, and efficient with the bay window installation. Final product looks as if it was always in our home. Highly recommended for any window work.

One year ago I had several new windows and an entry door replaced at my home. The quality of work was excellent and all was done in the time promised. I have been extremely happy with the results. So much so that when I needed 2 more windows and a sliding door, I chose Waunakee Remodeling again. However, work that was promised to be completed in one day ended up taking three days over a three week period. The finished work is adequate but the work process was disappointing this time around.

We are absolutely thrilled with Waunakee Remodeling! We had extensive outdoor projects at our home as well as our rental properties. From our first contact with Todd to the professional construction crew completing the jobs everything went just as planned. Our construction consisted of multiple roofs and a siding project. The timing from request to quote, to home visit prior to the work through installation was extremely prompt. I never had to wait for a response back on a question. The installation of my windows was done in a timely manner, the workmanship was excellent, and the clean up at the end of the project was excellent. Would highly recommend the team

Waunakee Remodeling did an awesome job when they replaced nearly 20 windows, replaced our roof (asphalt shingle and flat, membrane roof), and sided our house in vinyl. They coordinated amazingly with two other contractors that were air sealing our attic and treating a small mold issue. I'd highly recommend them and American Home Consultants. They worked together and dealt with several issues which arise in older homes with substantial additions on the past.

Waunakee remodeling took care of replacing all our windows. They went above and beyond as we found our initial window project was going to turn into a lot more than just a "window" project. The original home builder took shortcuts during the building process which we discovered as Waunakee replaced windows. Waunakee remodeling stood by us the whole way and fixed everything the proper way. We completely trust their work and highly recommend them.

I'm totally pleased with my new windows. I really like the simulated lites and am looking forward to washing them from the inside of the house. I can't say enough about the installers. I dealt mostly with Mark and found him to be very personable, knowledgeable, and was very careful with all my belongings, not to mention how clean they kept their workspace inside and out. I definitely will recommend Waunakee Remodeling to others.

I scheduled Waunakee remodeling to come out to quote a group of 5 casement windows for replacement. An hour before the salesperson was to arrive he called to tell me he was not feeling good and would like to come back the next day. It is now three days later and I have not been contacted or followed up with. Extremely poor service! This is the same company whom I contracted with 20 years ago to install vinyl siding on my home, replace my roof, install new doors and windows! They did a nice job then, NOT NOW!

We had new windows put in our sun room and two new back entry doors. The workers and their workmanship are amazing. They finished our project in a very timely manner and the workers were prompt and very courteous. We are looking forward to being able to use our room with windows that easily open and close. A big thank you to Todd Adler, our estimator, Mark Haag for your coordination of the job and the installers who did a great job.

I can't express enough how happy we are with the job "our team" did on our house. It was definitely a team effort. I am going to name a few people but I realize I don't have everyone’s name so please check our job file to thank all of those involved. I would hate to miss anyone as Everybody did a wonderful job for us.

It started with Gary Buhler up on the roof bidding out the job. Not once, but several times as he need to work with our insurance company explaining to them the mechanics of replacing a hail damaged roof. If it wasn't for him I doubt the insurance company would have honored our policy and replaced the roof. He brought Jeff (job foreman) over to look over everything and make sure everything was coordinated. Very thorough!! Thanks Gary and Jeff!! We then worked with Courtney scheduling with Gary, completing the paperwork, passing info on to the next level, etc. She too did an excellent job. Michelle worked her magic scheduling the project as we waited until the Spring of this year. Once the roof was completed we thought we may have to wait for the fascia and gutters - oh no -Michelle had everyone over here pronto and everything was completed the same week,..impressive Michelle! I am sure that wasn't an easy task. What can we say about our installers.they were stupendous!!! Yes Studpendous!! Jeff (I think Schumann) was our job foreman. Great leader for the crew. He worked so hard right along with everyone else. We would walk around the house at the end of the day and not a speck remained from their hard work. They picked up everything. I am a gardener and according to my husband (and I have to agree with him) a bit fussy about my gardens. Nothing to be found and no damage to my flower beds. Thank you! I don't have all of the installers names, but please thank them. They work so well together and all did a great job! We have been bragging about them to friends and family ever since. I am not certain I have the names correct, but Steve Marking and Alex I believe were our gutter guys..excellent and answered a lot of questions for us. They sure know what they are doing! We may ask for them again if down the road we decide to put gutter guards on all of our gutters. We are going to see how the guard works on the big gutter on the back of the house. We haven't had much of a chance to test their work with this drought, but I am sure they will be great. I am sorry I did not catch the name of our fascia man, he too was wonderful to work with and all of the fascia look so new and clean.

Please pass our sincere thanks on to all of "our team". We are so pleased with the completed project and they all were great from start to finish, personable, professional, efficient and respectful of our home. We are still surprised that everything went so smoothly and Everyone was so good to work with. Thank you All!!
