Absolutely fantastic. There gt beer was pretty good. First craft beer in a while. And it was in my top 2. Only tried 2. But it was good. Also enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. Super tender. Fries were fantastic. My wife’s club was so big she could barely fit her mouth around it. It was huge. Homemade chips for the salsa appetizer was delicious. I would definitely go back. And if we lived closer would join the mug club.

Ate early to avoid the bike racer crowd. Great smoked meats, large servings. Tasteful craft beers. Mason, our server was fantastic. Left full and very satisfied. Can't wait to try another entree next time.

Food is average for pub fare though certain people in my family swear by the pecan crusted fish. Wait Staff is always hustling but as a result tend to leave service lacking more times than naught. Just trying to order appetizers can be a chore when combined with flagging your waiter/waitress down. Word of warning (and I think it's something that they really need to change since in my case I sat on the phone for two minutes as it rang waiting for someone to answer) - if you call to make Reservations, it's Option #2 on automated system, for information. What you get is waiting for a real person to answer, however long that takes, just to tell you they don't take Reservations, that seats are all "first come, first served." Thanks for waisting my time - your automated system could as easily said you didn't take Reservations. It makes planning special occasion dinners problematic for a large family like ours. Our last wait was 45 minutes.

Beer was awesome. Food took along time to get. The taste was worth the wait!! Some food items could of been a touch warmer but we'll be back. Great menu

Mackinaw Brewing Company - Traverse City MI - this was a fun visit while in Traverse City, MI. Lots of shopping and places to visit near this historic building and business. They were super busy but got us in fast, seated - our waiter was amazing, had our beers and appetizers (Dill Havarti sticks - WOW) to us almost immediately. Our sandwiches were delicious - she had the Pub Club and I had the Perch sandwich - everything was perfect and given how busy they were - that's even more amazing - only great things to say about the Mackinaw Brewing Company - it was fun

Waitress was outstanding, friendly. Great service. However the food was very dry, we waited almost two hours for our meals, and the manager wasn't very helpful with all of the issues at our table.

First off, the service here is great! Mark the bartender might be the easiest guy to talk to in TC.

They have some of the best food you'll find out of a brewery anywhere. The white bean chicken chili, Reuben sandwich, and walleye are all 10/10. Location is awesome too, right in the middle of the downtown strip. The beer is only middle of the road, but that's not so much of an issue when you consider everything else.

I was disappointed. I was hoping there would be something unique or interesting on the menu but it was pretty standard food. For the prices, you could get the same options anywhere else and cheaper. The "pub fries," standard fast-food cut fries, were good but a small portion. The french onion soup was a good portion, but they used whole-grain croutons which meant you kept finding seeds in you soup. Not the most pleasant thing. I also got the "pub burger, which toted special sauted onions. There weren't that many onions and the burger was dry and overloaded. All my toppings fell out halfway through and my hands were covered in grease. The service was very good, but I have no plan to eat here again.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, friendly staff. I ordered hard cider, a cup of chili, and the spinach/chicken salad. Everything was so good.

I visited Mackinaw Brewing Company this past weekend for the first time.
I was so impressed with not only the food, but the staff was just great.
I had the pecan encrusted walleye, which was out of this world. We had so much fun on Friday, with Joe behind the bar, (who was Awesome by the way), that we came back on Saturday, with Marco behind the bar, (who was just as Awesome)
Coming here truly made our weekend so much fun & we cannot wait to come back! Thanks for the awesome experience Joe & Marco, the great food & the great beer! Oatmeal stout being our favorite!

Took a tour around the city last weekend checking out all the local Breweries. This is a must stop for lunch and a few pints. The Reuben was one of the best I have ever had, (they smoke all their meats in house) and the brew was all very solid. Oatmeal stout french onion soup was a game changer and can be split for two because of the portion size.Marco gave us the run down being first timers and made us feel very welcomed and was very knowledgeable with the beer and menu. See you over the Summer!
