Napierre, our server, was very accommodating and friendly. It was difficult to choose our entrees because there were so many options, but what we chose was just right. The atmosphere is inviting. Easily worthy of 5 stars! Highly recommended.

Great food, although pretty expensive. Our waitress was amazing and funny and gave great suggestions! A little busy, but still I would recommend going!

I was there for a conference and as a group decided to eat dinner there. The whole experience was horrible. The waiter was not friendly but we chose to ignore this. When we were seated, we were the only ones in the restaurant. We quickly got seated and placed our order because we were starving but also knew that a droove of people would be coming to the restaurant that were at the conference.
One of my friends and I ordered wings, I thought how could they mess that up. My other four friends all had other items. 45 minutes later our food came out. I ate a flat and it was ok, then I bit into a drummette that was raw. I looked at the plate and there was blood settling at the bottom. My friend had the same experience with hers. I told the waiter that it was not fully cooked and he asked if I wanted to send it back to get finished. By that time everyone else was finished with dinner. I told him I didn't want it, and I don't have the time to wait for it. So the manager came over and he would take care of our bill and he apologized. When the bills came my friend was still charged for a Pepsi and I was charged for a fry. I was like really, the manager just said he'd take care of the bill. The manager came over and said, well you ate the fry and your friend drank the Pepsi. My friends all interjected and that's when he said don't worry about it. It was the worst experience. The wings were raw, the waiter and manager need a few lessons in customer service and the kitchen needs a chef that won't serve undercook food. Don't waste your time, or money on dinning there. I spent almost three hours in this restaurant not because I wanted to but because the service was so incredibly slow. First round of drinks came out quickly because the manager asked what we would like to drink. Finally when the waiter came to our table we ordered appetizers and entrees at the same time. Or appetizer the chorizo dip came out pretty quickly but then we waited almost an hour for our meal.
I ordered the fish tacos and my wife got a Flat bread pizza. When my fish tacos arrived the others at the table could smell the fishy smell but I thought hey they were fish tacos so I would give them a try. I took one bite and gagged. They were ice cold and tasted horribly like day old grilled fish. I then spent the next 20 min trying to flag down the waiter so I could send my food back but he was too busy cleaning other tables and organizing silverware to be bothered to even ask how our meal was. After I waved my hands in the air like I was trying to flag down an aircraft he finally came over at which point I told him about the food and that I would like my bill so we could go.
My wife and I then sat with our friends and waited, and waited, and waited. After an hour and ten min I finally went to track down the manager. She was incredibly helpful and sat with us until we got our bill, as it arrived I opened it and her jaw hit the floor when she saw $220 in drinks charged to our bill when she knew we struggled to even get the first one. She fixed the bill immediately and informed us that our server was from Paraguay, and she was sorry.
I absolutely would never return. The single positive part of the evening was the manager, who is amazing, helping us figure everything out, she offered to pay for all of our food, which we declined because was ate three of the four things we ordered. Her willingness to help us and her apology helped smooth over the horrendous service and sub par food. If she reads this I hope she knows that I appreciate her but I totally loathe the server.response / report this review -

I got Andy's breakfast plate and I felt like I was in some body's home it tasted homemade the atmosphere was good the waitress was super nice.

Breakfast buffet is the best I've ever seen! If you can't find it there you won't find it!! Staff wa so friendly too!
