Kinda disappointed. They charge for everything! Been better @ best Western. No coffee in the room. Trash around bed and in chest of drawers. At night green lights shine through window even with the shade drawn. Smelled of raw sewage. The lobby was grand and some of the employees were very helpful and polite. The stores over priced. Crush has the best hamburger ever and waiter was awesome.

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. A suggestion would be to have at least a coffee maker in the room. There is a refrigerator, but if you use it you will be charged. Other than that I would stay again! Viva Las Vegas!!

My best friend and I chose this hotel for our three day Vegas Vacation. I am glad that we did. Our room was a standard double queen and it was to our liking.The bed was so comfy and the pillows were very soft. I really loved how spacious the bathroom was. Housekeeping was awesome.

Ginger was BY FAR the best card dealer I’ve ever met. We played blackjack with her and came back from
Mandalay bay twice just to play with her. She is such a sweet lady. Win or lose, we had a blast playing blackjack at MGM in Las Vegas and really enjoyed getting to know Ginger. She is a major asset to the staff!

Definitely one of my favorite places to visit when I'm in Vegas. It is a marvelous hotel with top notch accommodations and amenities. Many restaurants to choose from and an amazing pool and lazy river if your a guest at the hotel.
It also offers several amazing shows, gambling options and a smoke free sports book. The rooms are always clean and comfortable with many different price options. Located on the south end of the strip it's a great place to stroll from and enjoy all the Vegas lights, sights and action!

Staff was courteous and helpful. Our suite came with a perfect view of the strip, 2 queen size beds and all the modern amenities. Also, the maids kept our suite clean throughout our entire stay.

There are several restaurants within the hotel specializing in French, American, and Japanese cuisine. Also. there's a Tapas and Dim Sum restaurant.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay @ the MGM and will definitely be returning.

Great casino. Went for gambling and watched a NFL game at TAP. Service was great. The egg sandwich, ordered it without bacon, for breakfast was amazing. Our waiter was attentive enough and didn't mind that we wanted to stay for the entire game. Never felt pressured to leave before we were ready. Definitely recommend this place.

Good location at South end of the Strip. Good bars and restaurants, with reasonably up to date rooms compared to many other big name hotels. Conference and event facilities were good. Casino has all the usual features though I wish the smoking ban would reach Nevada and banish the cigar stink!

The MGM Grand is a very nice hotel and casino. All the staff were very helpful. There is so much to do there. The pools are beautiful. The hotel room was very nice and the view is great. Was not impressed with the buffet dessert choices.

Quality service and in room staying. The shopping area and casino were also both very nice, in respects to cleanliness, structure, and variety. Also being on the strip was a huge plus for going out and sightseeing being able to just walk out and b on the strip. Overall a great stay but not the most luxurious place in town. The David Copperfield show was also great and a spectacular thanks to Mr Copperfield for that great performance.

While we had an enjoyable four night stay, there are a number of things which we weren’t overly impressed with. We upgraded our room on check in and given it was an upgrade, I doubt I would have been very impressed with our initial room as the upgrade was nothing special. The room offered a fully stocked mini bar, however we were advised we would incur a $50 charge should we store personal items in the fridge and we can rent a fridge for $25 per day (really?). Expect to pay $6 for a bottle of water and be required to pay $20 to purchase (not hire) a floaty tube for the pool (what are travellers supposed to do with a floaty?). It seems MGM Grand owns half the strip and despite that, all they want is your money.

Don't pick up anything from the mini bar. It is weighted ,it automatically charges to room even if you put it back. If you are curious about one of the cans, which you will be. I am posting a picture of it. The hotel is nice, but dated. Still it was a blast

Room were nice and spacious. You didn't have to walk too far to get to your room from the casino floor. Lots of restaurants and night life. Located close to various good stores and a 5 minute or less walk to the arena! It was awesome!!

It was nice and very Lively, however; the smoking was bothersome, especially since I was there with a choir for a singing competition. It would be better for them to put singers in rooms that are away from the casino section of the building so that they don't have to walk through the casino and breath in all of the smoke. I thought it was a little crazy that there was no coffee maker in the room. Be forewarned that you have to pay daily for a refrigerator; you have to pay daily for a coffee maker.
The security was pretty good. At the different elevator areas there was security checking to make sure you had a room key, before you could go on to the elevator.
It's quite an expansive place. There were a few problems in the beginning with rooms and payment. You need to know that they expect a payment of a certain amount to be covered Plus a $400 deposit. If you don't have that much room on your credit card you can't check in. For my room they wanted $856 plus a $400 deposit. This is was for a total bill that eventually came out to approximately $1,196. They wanted this before I even begin my stay. The problem was that there were other women in the room from the choir and we had a lot of difficulty getting into the room. We had to wait a room member that was willing to put that on her credit card. I was going to put it on to my debit card but luckily, they informed me that it would be taken out of my account and then returned a week or so later comma after this day minus my part of the charges. I was not willing to let them take over $1,200 out of my checking account

If this was just a casino, mall, or event venue then I would have ranked this place much higher, but it's not, it's a hotel. Strip View? That's a joke, my room overlooks roof tops, back alleys and ac units. I can only see the tops of strip buildings, you can't see the strip. No in room coffee! I don't go down for breakfast without my coffee. No in room fridge. I'm actually surprised you're not charged for toilet paper use. All room outlets so old they won't hold a plug, it falls out and won't charge. 27.00 dollars for pancakes 🤣. 30 dollars for a salad 🤣 That explains the huge about of people carrying in food and alcohol from outside. 15 dollars for alcohol on the rocks. 😩 HUGE AMOUNT OF UNDER AGE KIDS HERE! Room windows so dirty you can hardly see out of them. Guests pay for parking. Casino and other things too do is great, expensive but great. HATE THE HOTEL LOVE THE VENUES.

We stay at The Signature at MGM Grand once a year and pretty much only play at the MGM. We absolutely love the restaurants, games and especially the pool. Can't go wrong staying here. The pool area is definitely the highlight of our trip. It's large enough where you don't have to sit right on top of other guests. The lazy river is amazing and the poolside cocktails are great on a hot Vegas day.

This is the hotel that we stayed in while we were in Vegas. The buffet was not good, unless you enjoy cheap Chinese food, which I don't. There was literally one $5.00 blackjack table that was consistently closed, and when it was open, it was extremely late at night. I took my Mom here for a surprise, but I could have made a much better choice. Some good points are that the housekeeping service was impressive, for which we showed our gratitude, and a downfall of the hotel was trying to get a drink at the tables and machines. It was almost impossible. Many times I had to retreat to the bar, where they charge $8.00 for a bottle of bud.

Worst service ever. If they had an opportunity to screw something up, they did. I booked four rooms and the mobile check in only worked for one. So, I had to stand in a massive line for nearly an hour to find out the rooms I had booked six months in advance were going to be nowhere near each other. On top of that, my sister whose reservation was linked to our reservation so that her room could be by our rooms was put on a different floor entirely. She had even asked again when she checked in to be by our rooms. Then my daughter's and her boyfriend's room key didn't work because the woman at the front desk did it wrong. We had to go back and wait in line again to get that fixed. Even though that was supposedly fixed, they weren't able to get out of the parking garage without paying the $30 lost ticket fee when we went to dinner that night. I don't think there was a single thing that went smoothly let alone correctly. My husband tried to drop off our bags at luggage drop off and was told no. This is not what you want at all for your Vegas experience. Go pretty much anywhere else.

If I can give negative review I would. I checked in late around 1 in the morning and was told the room was not ready. I was instructed to go to the restaurant to dine and wait. Over An hour later, The front desk called me and said the room would not be ready for hours. I have to go to New York New York across street at two in the morning. My reservation was from the day before. Now the first night was spent on waiting and transferring. All I could do was shower and get ready for my next day conference and meetings. Not to mention no sleep or rest at all. MGM Grand is not so grand at all.

I ended up paying $10.00 for parking for 2 hours. The other casinos I visited,
all offered free parking.
The inside of the casino wasn't especially decorated that superior and great. The (free parking casinos) were decorated more elaborately. Ask around for the free parking casinos! !Of course if.
you're carrying a whole suitcase full of money, then just disregard my post.
