  This is the most expensive hotel for what they have here the rooms do not have kitchens the swimming pool has never worked as long as I can remember the rooms are full of bugs the carpeting is a mess and half the plugins don't work the wifi Works half the time this is not a place that I would recommend spending no more than $25 a night in summer or winter is it right now it is almost $400 a week which is a ridiculous price for a one-star hotel that is full of mold and mildew and bugs I am a local here I grew up here however the hotel owner owns so many hotels that he say it charges the same price no matter where you are there is no view here as there are only two hotels in town in Cleveland Patriots have no choice but to pay his price if they want a place to stay if you want my opinion the hotel owner here should be run out of town

  No stars. Bathroom was moldy and roaches everywhere. Floor was filthy and chairs were stained w/ God knows what spilled on thm. We slept fully clothed and checked out the next day or tried. Office was abandoned until late morning. Bring
  a Hazmat suit. 🖕

  It was awful. One lamp didn't work. Two lamps you had to jiggle the switch to make them work. It had missing light bulbs in the bathroom. There was a gap in the door. A hole was drilled in the door frame to run the cable through for the tv. There was only one outlet near the TV, fridge, and microwave. So you could only use two of those three appliances at the same time. We will not stay there again.

  Room was what I guess you would expect for the price, the rooms looked very run down and rough with some stains on the furniture but I didn't see one bug the whole time I was there. my only problem i really had was the ac in the room, it didn't blow very hard and struggled to keep the room cool throughout the night

  The 10 am checkout is bogus and the rooms are very lacking. Although, it may feel like a prison cell that you're paying for, the beds are really comfy. It's what you'd expect of a 2 star motel and you get exactly what you pay for. But, the low price is nice when you're in need. They do have pretty flowers outside.

  I didn't even want to give this disgusting place 1 star!! We had problems with the toilet.. called the front office and an hour later no one still showed up. My children had to use the bathroom so I let them! The toilet flooded over filled the bathroom with water! The people under us said water was pouring out of their ceiling from our flooded toilet!! The owners cleaned up the mess with towels that dripped through our room when she left with them. Just disgusting and unprofessional people.. I don't recommend this place to anyone!! We asked for a refund to find somewhere else to stay or at least a discount and they declined! Very rude attitudes!!

  I had a few complaints but nothing major. I spoke with the desk clerk and was refunded a litte bit of my room fee. I would go back in the future if I was in the area again.

  For just laying your head down and sleeping it is fine. The tvs are old and most of the TV channels were full of static but what really got me was the hot watersince there was none. It barely got luke warm.
