Very nice and helpful staff. Love the indoor pool and hot tub. Great location. Very clean. It keeps getting better.

I've had an amazing stay as well as my husband and children, staff is friendly hotel is clean and very nice. Indoor pool and hot tub, very nice! Id definitely recommend this hotel and come back myself. Definitely a 5🌟 to me!!!!

Very nice rooms, great breakfast with eggs, sausage, real biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins, cereal,yogurt and fruit. It's all within walking distance of the heart of Helen shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Good, basic hotel. Tasty breakfast included. My only complaint was that the housekeepers did not wipe down the bathroom sinks each day and their was some lotion spilled in the sink when we arrived, so that was kind of gross.

Clean rooms. Hot breakfast. Relatively good price for the quality compared to some other lodging in the area. Very reasonable distance to walk to get into town. Great experience overall.

Rooms are always clean,breakfast is hot and fresh. Staff always friendly and always helpful. I had my grandson with me and everyday the cleaning staff had a new animal for him made from wash cloths. Every time we come to Helen this is the only place I stay. Also perfect spot to walk downtown, but far enough to be away from the noise.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. I'm very friendly, courteous and quick to handle any issues. The amenities were awesome with the free breakfast and the pool and workout room. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Helen Georgia.

We were pleasantly greeted by the attendant at the desk. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had one issue. We checked in after midnight and were ready to go right to sleep, however, our room was just muggy! It felt like it was going to rain in there. After adjusting the thermostat, it cooled nicely, but the outside light shown brightly in and we couldn't pull the room darkening drapes because they would then cover the air conditioning unit. Our breakfast was delicious and was prepared by the most pleasant woman!

We had an awesome time. Couldn't seem to get our day going cause it was difficult getting past those rocking chairs out front without sitting down for a spell either coming or going. Conveniently located between the German restaurants and the lazy river, what more could one ask for ? They scramble real eggs for breakfast and the rooms are very clean. Charlene in the kitchen and Dana, the General Manager rocks. Will definitely return. Thanks for a great 3 days.

Decent location, rooms are big with many amenities. Not much decor or furniture. Buffet breakfast with waffles is good, pool is nice but not very big. Cable went out for one night (no nearby storms or high wind) which is what really decreased this review rating even though I understand it's not their fault. There are a couple rowdy bars nearby that attract some loud patrons on the weekends which we couldn't drown out the sound with as we had no tv to watchthe staff was very nice however which helped the situation.

We stayed for 3 days and it was a great experience. Whenever I go back, this is the place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and the housekeeping was great. Great breakfasts also and always a pot of coffee going. Only wish we could pull the drapes so that the lights didn't shine through since we were at the front of the building. But loved, loved, loved the stay at Country Inn & Suites.

The location was fantastic. The staff was more than helpful. We'd never been to Helen, so the staff told us and mapped out where everything was, restaurants, etc. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a lot more than expected. It was great.

Nice atmosphere and breakfast. The staff are really nice and I really like the mini library. However some of the room's appliances are in a bad condition.

Excellent staff. Walking distance to downtown Helen. Good breakfast. Excellent rooms. King room with fireplace was perfect. Very clean. Requested a king when booking, but they were out. Made a note on my reservation that I'd prefer a king, and called me the day of my trip to let me know a king was available, amd upgraded me to king and fireplace for no charge. Fantastic customer service.
