I really want to give them a good review, I have used them several times in the past for tires. This time I needed an old truck made road ready. 4600.00 later and they never looked at the speedometer I told them did not work. They gave me the truck back after a complete brake job and the brakes did not work.They still have my truck (Over 6 months). One thing after another. They do have a technician that is unscrupulous. They wanted to put in a new fly wheel when all that was wrong was a loose bolt on the starter. Be careful when you deal with them. I still don't have my truck, they have had it since the July 4th weekend.

New to the area; called around shoppping prices for a smoke test- M & B offered the best price. Their service was outstanding from start to finish, Each employee in the building. Including the owner, Mr. Honeycutt who personally walked out to the waiting area to greet and provide me with a business card. Excellent environment and service. Thank y’all!

Went in for my air conditioner. They wanted $911 to replace the air compressor telling me the cheapest one they could find was around 600 dollars at auto zone and they wanted to replace a valve also. So I told them no picked up my ticket, first the ticket was telling me the part was 435 dollars, so they lied to me over the phone. Then I went to auto zone and they only wanted 220 dollars for the compressor. Went and bought the same part on amazon for 170 had it installed for 100 and the AC works amazingly.

Listen to the one star reviews as many of the same issues happened to me for one issue I had. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! If I could give negative stars, I would. Usually I don't write reviews but felt as if I had to in order to warn others. I took my vehicle in to have the clutch looked at as it had started giving me problems. Since the place was around the corner from where I lived at the time, I thought it wouldn't be a problem replacing a clutch. After receiving a quote for over $700 to replace the clutch, flywheel, and lube, I ask them to go ahead and fix the problem. The work was done in late March of 2017. After I drove my vehicle a few times, the same problem recurred. I took it back after two weeks as I work out of state. After the technician, Shawn, looked at my truck again, he tried telling me that he told me the whole transmission will need to be replaced to correct the problem and claim he told me that during the first estimate (which he didn't). I would not replace an entire transmission which could cost up to $2,000 on a truck worth at the most half of that. They had my truck from mid-April until June 9th and didn't do any work to correct the issue. I called several times during this period trying to get a status, eventually started calling the owner after the first week of not getting an answer. The owner, Sam Honeycutt, said he would see what he could do. He said that the parts was hard to find but was working on it. They claim that they would call me back but never would; I always had to track them down. Keep in mind that I would be very courteous and respectful on the phone and in person. I had to drive from Maryland to try getting my vehicle. Bottom line is they rigged the clutch with some springs but the truck still has the same problem. Actually the truck drives worst now as the clutch is difficult to press and the gears sometimes don't engage. I finally just retrieved my truck as the assistant manager, Ken, tried blaming us for the problem. He offered to refund our money after he removed the clutch and have it towed to our home (with the clutch removed). I don't live in the state anymore and he knew that would be nothing but a hassle for us. We didn't give them a vehicle without a clutch and flywheel! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I'm seriously considering contacting either the Fort Bragg legal services or a legal service in Washington D.C. I will likely file a complaint with the BBB. No one should have to go through this kind of service.

Avoid this place like the plague. Seriously you can come in and tell them your turbo is broken and you need it fixed in they will "test drive" it going 94 miles an hour down the highway and crack the engine. ( Proof thanks to Verizon's hum app). Of course the mechanic said it must've been like that before hand, yeah right. Zero stars if possible. Many stories similar to mine putting used turbos in peoples cars and tell them it's brand-new. Save yourself a lot of money and stay away.

M&B Auto his a local family owned and excellently managed business. Always professional and honest. They will give you the true status of your vehicle without pressuring you to get work done here and now. You can request rides if your dropping your vehicle off and you are somewhat local. Have always felt that I got a fair deal whether it be service or repairs. Their courtesy keeps them busy with return customers.

I took my car in for a oil change and told them i wanted the regular oil change, that i did not want synthetic at all! They took it back to do the oil and put a synthetic blend in it anyways after me telling them not to do that and now my oil change anywhere is over $50 because of them not listening to me and it is my car so when i say i do not want something i mean i do not want it! I do not recommend this place at all!!

Very fair and customer service oriented. Did not charge my wife for a tire plug and they gained life long customers. Reasonably priced, clean and family friendly.

Stopped in on my way home to check on tire prices. Seems like a good deal, went home to check out the tire reviews and they were good. Called back and go the OK to come in. They got me in and out in less than 45 minutes and I could not be happier. The car feels like it did when it was new. Ken and Shane were friendly and helpful and the guys working on the car really knew their stuff. Highly recommend this place if you need work done on your car.

Good service for a reasonable price. Decent wait time. Like that they have a little room with blocks, coloring, and books for kids. That was very helpful. Will be returning.
