I took my 66 mustang to have my floor pans replaced and rockers replaced or patched.
They said they could do the job, I talked to the guy that was going to do the job as I was ordering the parts I ordered the one piece floor and the one piece rockers. To make it easier for the guy doing the job we decided to have the. Floor ad rockers sand blasted before they stated.
Then I get a call from the owner he said the job was to big/to much for them. I said I was about to head out of town so if I needed to pickup the car I needed to know.
They said they would call a guy they know that does work like this and see if e would do it.
I got a phone call the next week saying he could do it and they would send it off to get sand blasted.
Took a month for them to get it sand blasted. Then I get a call saying the guy could not do the job. So I ask them to prime what was sand blasted.
The next week I go to pickup the car. They only thing that got blasted that asked for was the rockers.
The engine compartment was blasted (I made it clear I did not want that blasted)
I was quoted a higher end price of 300 for what I asked to get blasted.
It came up to 480 and only part of what I asked for got done.
So for the sand blasting and primer it come out to $1000 (which was the original deposit I put down)
I bitched about the price and the fact that only part of what I wanted blasted got done (which was mostly just to help hiss guy do the job easier) and they blasted what I said not to blast he gave me back $200
Three days after I pick up the car rust is showing up where they blasted and primed I called and told him (the owner) and he is not nice about it at all. He Said that when I get someone else to do the job they can take care of it easy because its just surface rust.

We had repair work done at this location. The staff was nice and the pricing was great. The only negative was that the car windshield came back stained with paint mist requiring it to be professionaly removed.

Yesterday was the 11th of January. I just received my 93 cadillac brogham from these guys and let me tell u it was the worst experience i had at a body and paint shopi paid 4000$ for my moms cadillac to get paint and to fixed the front headlight because it was crash in the front. I told them that i want the cadillac looking like if it just came out of the dealershipso he the owner charge me 4000, when i got the car. Number 1it was sitting outside under a tree and all the tree stumps was all over the carnumber 2the snow was all over it prior to all that..and this was after it got repainted there was peices to the car missing which i told them to put everything on. They did not paint the inside of my doors and the inside of my truck. The whole point is, that the job looks like if i went to maaco and paid 800 for a paint job. When i got the car i took it home i cleaned it wash it and i seen all the defects quickwithout a hesitation. So i call him and he tells me to go and take the car tmr so i brings the car today jan 12, 2017 and he sees the mostakes and when i tell him u have to paint my doors and hood that u forgot he tells me hell no im not painting that, so i ask him just tell me this.would u take this car as it is for 4000$ and he just Studdard and says yes. So i goes and tell him are u gonna fix this, bc this is very unprofessional and i dont like it not one bit, he tell me no. So i told him ill see u in court so yea thats where im going. I will not let him get away with this, bc if i let it go, he will do it to someone else. God bless.

I can't tell you the number of problems I had here. When I dropped the car off I was told three weeks. Three weeks came and went. For the next three weeks they told me next Friday. Only when I threatened to take it somewhere else did they finally finished ish it, eight weeks after I dropped it off. They were also supposed to install new interior gear, but waited until I picked it up to tell me that they didn't do it. I put the car on a trailer and took it home. When I got home the seem between the quarter panel they put on and the rest of the car had cracked and had to be fixed again. There is no way I would take a car here again. They are horrible. Run away.

I had an awesome experience with Spring Lake Collision. Dropped my car off Monday got it back Wednesday the same week. My SUV looked like she was spanking new. The repair was seamless.prefect! They even gave me a ride to the rental car store when they were late picking me up. I can't say enough about them. Richie, you're the bomb, Professional and friendly, I definitely recommend them.
