Came in today with a coworker for lunch. Just started working in One Penn Plaza, so this was my first trip to Lugo. Had the veal milanese which was quite tasty. Service was attentive without being overbearing. The GM checked in on us and was quite the people person. All in all, I'm glad this restaurant is right below me everyday I work. sure beats the corner hotdog!

Came here before the Marc Anthony concert. Place was busy, but the service was wonderful. Food was really, REALLY good, especially considering where this restaurant is located. right across the street from the Garden. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our service (thanks Jackie), food, AND treatment by management. Danny and Dave went out of their way to make our dining most pleasurable. Thanks to everyone at Lugo. We will most definitely be back!

Best place in the area to dine. Breaking news the AC seems to be fixed. That was the only reason this place was to be avoided in the dead of summer. Now you can come year round to get good food and great service all set in a charming atmosphere.

The food is well prepared and waitstaff is very attentive. Portion sizes are surprisingly generous. The restaurant is too warm for a hot summer day as the doors are kept open.

Great waitress, good food. However 90 degrees in New York City today air conditioning not working. Apparently this happens every summer. Dine in the summer at your own risk. No attempt by management to even comp a cool drink.

*** Received a call from management with apologies for the discomfort and assurances that they are resolving the issues. He insisted on speaking to us personally instead of responding in a cold email.

Food was amazing, definitely worth the price. Make sure you come prepared to spend. Great location and indoor and outdoor seating, and the wine selections are great.

Great place to meet and always enjoy the variety of Italian food here. Pasta dishes are great and warm mozzarella appetizer is excellent. Miss the veal chop on the bone they used to have.

Went here last night before a show with some friends. Nice atmosphere food okay and service just okay. Then came the bill.I ordered a espresso martini which they charged me $17 for and then they charged me an additional $5 for the espresso they used to make it. Really????? That's like ordering a rum and coke and getting a separate charge for the coke. Needless to say, based on principal alone, I will not be returning.
