  Had a work Christmas event here. Pretty good setup. Bartenders could be a little better.

  We have been here before but last week we were surprised by the prices they dare to ask now. Three glasses of Chardonnay for 57 dollar!
  Despite the beautiful location and the friendly waiter we will not come back here again. Sandra&Niek from Holland.

  We had the pleasure of making our children’s wedding last week at Battery gardens. The wedding surpassed our expectations. The venue was exquisite with the most incredible views. The food was wonderful. The catering manager Anna oversaw every detail from to initial booking to the end of the party. The staff was attentive courteous and friendly. Consummate professionals. We didn’t have to worry about one thing. We were truly able to be guests not only hosts at the wedding. Absolutely awesome!

  Our daughter’s wedding was held at Battery Gardens on August 12, 2017. The weather cooperated …no rain. One of the reasons we chose Battery Gardens, the first being the fabulous food, was for the view. Our guests enjoyed mingling on the terrace during the cocktail hour and even ventured down to walk along the river to catch site of the boats and Statue of Liberty.
  Our coordinator, Donna Ahern, was great. She helped us every step of the way, and went above and beyond with all of our requests and questions.
  Everything went smoothly and a wonderful time was had by all.

  Had my daughter's wedding there in June. Flawless. Beautiful setting, inside and out. Great view, excellent food, drinks and service. Our coordinator Michele was excellent. With so many wedding venues to choose from, I am so glade chose this one.

  Don't even try. Went in to beer garden to ask if they could fill my reusable water bottle and the lady informed me I could purchase a water bottle. I asked just for tap water and she said nope. So then I asked how they washed dishes. She gave me a snooty look and walked away. Good job helping to save the environment. What a horrible business and a horrible woman.

  Seasonal outdoor bar. What a view, Ellis Island and Lady Liberty. Mostly a bar with a view. They also host weddings upstairs. Worth it in the cooler days of summer to watch a beautiful sunset.

  Highly recommended! Great food, excellent service. They go the extra mile to assist you. I lost my phone in the taxi - they let me make international calls, helped me track my phone down and were so warm and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

  Super neat space. Right on the water. Upstairs and downstairs dining area with patio/deck. Food was exactly as expected for a place of this caliber. Driving in from our of town can be a bit of a pain but well worth it.

  Reasonably priced (for Manhattan) beer garden with small selection of food and good beer. More upscale restaurant with harbor view and higher? prices.
