Food was not cooked properly. Had to send stuff back 3 times. Drinks took over 30 minutes to get to the table. Server didn't split check as we requested. I won't be going back to eat. To gamble yes Eat NEVER!!!!
Super Ghetto!!! But if you can ignore the ghettoness and scurry directly into the restaurant area to eatyou might be able to enjoy the menu deals like Steak and Lobster Tail or Steak and Shrimp with two sides for only $9.99 (ANY DAY OR NIGHT)Just don't expect five star qualityremember you get what you pay forI will add that the staff in the restaurant area are very nice and do they're best to accommodate every customer.
This is my spot to stop and have a few drinks, gamble and eat. The bartender girls are always nice to me and know what I like. I'm a truck driver and I always find space to park my 18 wheeler. Drinks and food is very affordable unlike the casinos at the strip. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays they have live music or latin karaoke. The rooms are also affordable and well maintained. It's in a bad neighborhood and it's not an upscale casino but I've never had any issues of any kind.
What can I say about this place except I felt right at home. Down to earth people, not a uppity type of people's hang out. More locals it was a good place to be, my opinion if your looking for a nice place to feel comfortable and not outta place this is the place to visit.
Cheap good food in the restaurant. Like old Vegas prices. But the casino is dumpy.
Can I give 0 stars? I know Vegas hotels are smoky, but DAMN! Pure weed in those hallways. Lots of D-rated hookers hanging out, rooms are of only the lowest quality with cracked sinks and showers, leak stained ceilings, non smoking room encircled by smoking rooms, thin door that could almost push open, door latch loose, had to wait thirty minutes to find hotel staff to check in. If you like hookers, drugs, thugs, & weed, you will fit right in to this place.
Overall decent stay. There were a couple of times when the neighbors got loud in the hallway. A few colorful characters were walking around outside, but no one bothered us.
I come to Lucy's all the time and I always order the same thing. I've never had any problems before. I came on 9/3/17 and ordered a steak & lobster to go (which is now $13.99) with an extra lobster tail. I asked for my steak to be medium along with a loaded baked potato (bacon, cheese, sour cream etc). I got home and my steak was WELL done and the potato had nothing on it but sour cream. There's many things that I'm upset with when it comes to this situation. The first is I drove 30 mins to get to this location for my food. I paid almost $25 for the whole thing. I called in immediately and spoke to someone regarding the issue and they told me just to come back with my receipt and I'd be taken care of. I drove another 30 minutes the next day back to Lucky Club and waited a little over 30 minutes to speak with a manager. I spoke with Nick who only opted to fix the steak & potato instead of remaking everything I paid for. His response was "well the only thing that was messed up was the steak and the potato, so I can't give you a whole other plate for free. Being the fact that I drove 30 minutes, paid extra for my food to, then got home and it was wrong "free" shouldn't even have been an issue. That's not how you run a restaurant when a customer is done wrong. Not to mention the 30+ minutes I was waiting for speak with a manager 5 other customers orders were wrong including an elderly man that had to walk all the way back from his car because he asked for something extra and didn't get it. It shouldn't make a difference whether or not I brought the food back because it would've been thrown away anyway. Had I been told that when I called in that I needed to bring the whole plate I would have.
The food here is great!,prices are great. Fresh made not frozen fried chicken dinner with 2 sides 5.99. Steak and lobster 9.99. And has semi truck parking.
There are things i love about this place an thingsnot so much. Tables have a low buy in and the drinks are cheap. The diner/Raider Bar has very good low priced food and its open 24 hours. The Catfish and Chicken fried steak are delicious. During Raider games there is specials too. There is a live soul band on weekends, and Spanish kareoke also. The downfall is, it is not in the best neighborhood though.
I was a little sketchy when we pulled up, we checked in and luckily there was complimentary coffee which I was so appreciative for because I was dead tired! We got to the room which had to white clean beautiful beds in which I slept so comfortably in! The air conditioning was on point as well!
The steak and lobster special was pretty decent and cheap. Don't expect a huge lobster tail for ten dollars though. We got our food on time and the order was correct. I wanted to hangout after dinner and play some blackjack, but the wife said it was too crowded.
Good for a place to just Crash the night.
Staff was friendly.
NO Room coffee, NO Hair Dryer, NO Iron. (Most likely available upon request)
Room is decently clean, sink was nasty - had stains from calking or something.
Parking lot - "street" people everywhere at night - scary looking lot.
Casino staff - not bad - friendly.
Restaurant - Food was decent, better than Denny's. Staff was busy and guarded friendly as they have to deal with the street people too.
Street people in the restaurant - loud echos like a school cafeteria.
I WOULD NOT BRING MY WIFE.
Unfortunately this place is a victim of it's location. This seems like a place where the Police are frequently called.
Staff does there best to make you feel comfortable, but you can tell they are all on-guard for the A - Holes and thier BS attitudes.
The hotel is older but the rooms are all updated. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. They have a shuttle bus that is free. The casino is nice size and the entire staff is awesome. The restaurant has very very good food and free breakfast for people staying at the hotel. I got a truck drivers discount of $39 a night and never paid over $15 for any meals. I also won $350 in the casino. Overall, it is worth every penny and then some to stay here, especially if you want to get away from the strip.
